Belles prestations
Pros:

Le spa avec piscine intérieure au 18eme étage est un vrai plus. Le restaurant est vraiment gastronomique, c’était délicieux.

Cons:

Assez peu d’explications de la part du personnel sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel (spa…).
La climatisation était trop forte dans la chambre et au restaurant.

Fantastic.
Pros:

Brilliant hotel. Just on outskirts so quiet but easy to walk to centre. Beautiful rooms, excellent spa and gym. The staff were exceptional.

Cons:

We were confused by the limited menu in the restaurant - the room service menu was more extensive which was odd!

excellent hotel avec tous les services de cette catégorie
Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse avec un salle de bain tous confort.
Le petit déjeuner (au 20ème étage avec une vue sur le château) est ultra complet avec une grande qualité
Les concierges / Voituriers particulièrement efficaces
Le restaurant est excellent
La situation très proche du centre sans en subir les inconvénients

Cons:

La pression de l’eau très faible sur le lavabo de la SDB notamment à 8H le matin et une vasque bien trop grande pour ne pas être géné par ce manque de pression
La piscine un peu petite et qui est vite « surchargée »

A chegada ao hotel, onde após confirmação do próprio hotel, a cama extra e os atoalhados para todos nao se encontravam no quarto.

Très bel hôtel, à recommander.
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, à 10 mn à pied du centre historique de Ljubljana. Le parking est facile, grâce au voiturier. Enregistrement et départ rapides. Personnel attentionné et professionnel. La chambre était propre, bien équipée, fonctionnelle, bien éclairée. Belle vue sur la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux et choisi. Excellent dîner au restaurant (mais un peu cher). Au total, séjour de trois jours agréable et confortable. L’hôtel est à recommander.

Assolutamente consigliato
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti e ci siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con bagno moderno, vetrate panoramiche e letto comodo.
Abbiamo apprezzato il minibar con bevande analcoliche, utile soprattutto con il caldo, e l’aria condizionata sempre ben regolata. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile.
Gradevole anche la piscina coperta, al 18 piano, con sauna, e con una gestione degli orari ben pensata: accesso ai bambini fino alle 19:00 e poi solo adulti, con un’atmosfera più tranquilla.
Siamo rimasti colpiti anche dall’attenzione verso il nostro Jack Russell, accolto con cuccia, ciotole, giochino e un biscottone di benvenuto molto apprezzato.
La posizione è ottima: in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro, comodissima per muoversi senza auto.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto positivo con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, struttura curata e servizi attenti.

Weekend in Ljubljana
Pros:

The property has an excellent location close to every main sight of Ljubljana. It is a tall building and virtually all rooms have a wonderful view of the city. The gym is well equipped and modern unlike many hotels. The pool is large and clean, there are two saunas and a steam room. The restaurant at the top of the hotel has a lovely dinner menu. The rooms are large and well furnished.
