Our stay was clean, convenient, comfortable!
Pros:

Accommodations were very nice! We had a studio suite with a balcony and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect because it was right by the amphitheater

Cons:

The only complaint was that the coffee makers didn’t work HOWEVER a very kind gentleman replaced the keurig for us the moment we called

Not recommended - filthy air grates and noisy
Pros:

Filthy air handling grate in the bedroom. Had to be taken off and cleaned. See photos.

Noisy - next to a park / theater that has rock bands and not only can you hear it all (music, applause, bass, drums) but the room was vibrating! Until 11:00pm.

Slippery bathroom floor. A tile with a rough surface is needed. The DRY floor is slippery.

Good location and overall nice room. But many negatives.

Great place to stay during a conference
Pros:

Great maintenance response when we had a problem with our AC. Ray was fantastic!!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, room was quiet, good restaurants, tasty breakfast, and right across the street from the convention center. What more could you want.

Cons:

The couch in the room was getting a bit worn out

Very nice hotel!
Pros:

Wry well laid out hotel in an excellent location. Expensive but it was worth it. Comfortable. Breakfast was very nice!

Cons:

Parking garage could use some signage. The food in the rooftop bar was poor… staff there need training on how to wait tables…. Dropping an ’F’ bomb when delivering our order was weird and unprofessional
