Pros:

Overall good, clean, modern, comfortable, and friendly. Reliable but not amazing. Bed was very comfortable with lots of nice big pillows!

Cons:

Two small things that would have improved my feelings about this place - towels were dingy/a bit grey, and tub had rust spots around the fixtures. Just a small things that could be easily remedied, but it was clean and comfortable.

Overpriced for the quality of the stay.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was nice. Quality of food was solid.

Cons:

When we first arrived, there was a bug in the bathroom. The smell was super musty, like the inside of a vacuum bag. All the furniture was worn in the breakfast area.

Pros:

Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff accommodated early check-in without hesitation.

Cons:

Bathroom towels were past their "use before" date.
TV ws harder to use than it should have been.

Overall nice place to stay when visiting Sturbridge and nearby areas.
Pros:

Spacious. Nice shower (not weak like many hotels). Comfortable bedding.

Cons:

Air conditioner was loud. Sink basin where sink meets countertop needed cleaning.

Ok to stay near Sturbridge Village
Pros:

Close to Sturbridge Village

Cons:

Pool was not operating. High tech coffee machines mostly broken but even when fixed they made crappy coffee. Breakfast was only OK. They accidentally charged me twice but did correct it when I called afterwards.

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

had a great time - loved the newness of hotel and workers very accomodating

Very disappointed that the pool was closed
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The pool was closed and we were very disappointed. The maids only cleaned and made up one of our two rooms. The printer also didn’t work.

Poor service and uninformative
Pros:

The room was large.

Cons:

The pool was not available and was i not notified ahead of time. I had plenty of time to book some where else if informed. One person checking people in during 3pm check in. The breakfast was horrible . Ill never book here again. If I knew how to request a refund or potion I would.

Pros:

I was told that booking.com needed to reach out to the hotel so I can get my 30% discount for the room being totally disgusting. I think I should not pay for anything.

Disappointing experience for the cost.

Cons:

Cleanliness was poor. There were dead flies in the corners and potato chip crumbs in the cabinets. The soap containers in the shower were empty.
