Pros:

The staff was very perfessonal

Cons:

The elevators were constantly broke down and was unable to leave my floor because I rely on a wheelchair to get around and there was not a ground floor room available at booking.

Great location. Have stayed many times. Think it is an excellent value. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Great stay. Always enjoy being here. Stayed at another hotel nearby and was a total ripoff compared to this one. Highly recommend this one to everyone staying in the area. Will stay here again.

Cons:

Had no issues. Availability was limited but that isn't the hotel's fault. It was a busy time with the World Cup so most hotels were full.
