Cons:

No tiene línea de playa no está del lado de la playa las fotos son engañosas. Está en remodelación hay zonas fatales y la alberca es una broma!

Bueno pero puede mejorar
Pros:

La alberca calientita, el chapoteadero bajito, cruzando estaba la playa y la comida del restaurante basta, ahí sí aplicas precio-calidad y sabor.

Cons:

Tardan mucho en preparar la comida pero se entiende porque tienen muy poco personal, el muchacho Odín es el todologo y anda con toda la actitud. Se escucha todo el ruido de la avenida, no tiene ventanas que aislen el sonido así que no consideraría el lugar cuando sea algo similar al acamoto o quieras descansar

La reseña más honesta que leerás
Pros:

La mejor vista de Acapulco en mi ventana, sin duda es la mejor que he visto, el personal súper amable, amé que la habitación tiene un mini refrigerador, aire acondicionado y las camas son cómodas y limpias.
Diario me cambiaban las toallas, ofrecen toallas para la playa, súper cerca del Oxxo y del Chedraui, enfrente tiene una playa hermosa. Solo me decepcionó que no tenía una alberca tan espectacular como se ve en las foto, me sentí defraudada.

Cons:

No tiene alberca, la foto hermosa que se ve es un chapoteadero grande, el agua me llega a los tobillos, la alberca real no es más grande que un jacuzzi para 10 personas. No tiene agua caliente en la regadera.
Inmobiliario viejo y roto, las paredes decoloradas, o sea si es como en las fotos pero en viejo. Le falta mucho mantenimiento!

El estacionamiento esta pésimo, entiendo que esta en remodelacion pero eso no impide que este limpio, olía a animal muerto. El tipo de recepción con una actitud pésima, llevamos a mi mascota y si es un hotel que las acepta como porque ponerle peros a la mia (un hurón), no me indico a que hr era el check out, en donde encontrar el restaurante, la alberca, los horarios de atención de verdad es imposible que tengan a alguien asi dando servicio en un hotel

Pros:

The location, view from the balcony was awesome, working AC, big room, no noises from outside the room... The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

A few roaches in the shower but things could be worse... Expect to find some bug because you're in a tropical climate. It's up to you how much it bothers.

Ceci n’est pas un 4 étoiles, c’est une catastrophe
Pros:

Le personnel d’étage (femmes de ménage) était très compétent et agréable, à l’opposé du personnel de réception, qui est d’une incompétence totale.

Cons:

Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles:
La réception est un garage non climatisé, suffocant.
L’accueil a été déplorable, la réceptionniste du matin est odieuse et suffisante, en plus d’être incompétente et impolie. Elle n’a visiblement pas été formée à ce métier.
Aucune souplesse lors du Check in, alors que l’hôtel était loin d’être plein.
La chambre, même au 10ème étage, est extrêmement bruyante, car elle donne sur une route 2x3 voies, où les bus klaxonnent jours et nuits.
Les autres clients de l’hôtel ont utilisé leur balcon comme une discothèque, nous avons dû faire intervenir la réception, qui n’a pas réagi tout de suite.
La kitchenette n’est pas équipée, on a dû demander les équipements de base afin qu’elle soit utilisable au minimum.
La douche ressemble aux douches de vestiaires sportifs…
La piscine parait peu propre.
