La dimensión de la suite con dos recamaras, muy bueno.
1. En teoría la habitación la entregaban a las 3pm y nos hicieron esperar mas de una hora en lo que la limpiaban, al parecer los huéspedes anteriores salieron tarde, pero creo que eso no es escusa para afectar otros huéspedes.
2. El estacionamiento en condiciones que dejan mucho que desear, entiendo que tuvieron un evento climatológico muy fuerte, pero no me esperaba que estuviera como en construcción todavía.
3. Los muebles de la sala se veían muy sucios, manchados y la verdad es que no inspiraban mucho para sentarse o recostarse en ellos.
La realidad es que por todo lo anterior en lugar de dejar el hotel el día viernes lo deje el miércoles. Como podrán observar realice una segunda reservación en otro hotel con ustedes porque no me sentí a gusto. Motivo por el cual tambíen en la aplicación pregunte a ustedes si era posible que al menos me reembolsaran una de las dos noches que no utilice el hotel.
4. Creo que algo interesante es que dos días antes me quede en un hotel de la misma cadena y fue una experiencia totalmente opuesta.
The view is stunning from the spacious balconies. The suite was perfect for our family of four.
The hallways and elevators are not climate controlled. Very hot getting to our room.

El trato de las personas fue presiono, fueron groseros, en cuestión de higiene pésimo había cucarachas en la habitación
El hotel esta muy limpio a pesar que aun esta en remodelacion todo estuvo muy bien (por lo de otis ,)no necesita ser un hotel en primer linea se playa para ser excepcional ,las vistas desde el hotel son fantasticas
pero necesitamos que mas mexicanos vengamos a Acapulco de cualquier parte de la República asi y solo asi terminaran de levantarse este gran puerto que ha sido lastimado por varios fenómenos naturales

La señal del WiFi no es muy buena, el sillón no es cómodo y no tiene enseres de cocina.

Mucho ruido externo, la TV nada funcional
I loved that the hotel was infront of the sea, room big enough, accesible and gorgeous absolutely loved it
I just didn't like that the hotel i put the warning where I didn't want anyone entering to clean the room, room was cleaned even when I said I didn't want anyone entering the room, I informed receptionist, next day happened again

La atención del personal, solo cuando nos recibieron fueron amables en ese turno, después ni los buenos días te contestaban. La alberca siempre sucia. No duermes porque se escucha las motos y todo en la madrugada, aún y cuando las ventanas estén cerradas.
Me gustó mucho la vista espero pronto volver a ir
La habitación estaba amplia y agradable
En el baño los muebles estaban desvencijados y había cucarachas en ellos.
El café era de baja calidad.
En mi experienca todo muy bien .limpio buena ubicacion y accesible.
Solo que la señal de wifi no llegaba muy bien a mi habitacion.
Que nos dejaron entrar antes.

La ubicación del hotel. Todo estaba cerca. Zona de artesanías. Yate, la quebrada. Y tiendas de autoservicio

El hotel estaba limpio y el personal de botones y limpieza muy amables y atentos.
