Good but wouldn't go back considering there are better options for relatively the same price range

Staff was always very attentive and helpful, Isabel our housekeeper did a great job!
ATMs and supermarkets are right next to the hotel, great location, a bit far from the "touristic area" though, around a 20m walk or a 5m bus ride

Cons:

Pool could've been a little bigger and the bar next to it closes at 2pm meh 6/10
Wi-fi signal was very weak during our entire stay, guess it was because our room was in the 9th floor, because of that we couldn't make use of any streaming services.

instalaciones muy cómodas, buena vista, cerca de muchas cosas.

Cons:

Creo que exageran cuando van a revisar la habitación para ver que todo este en orden. Que si la sabana o lo funda de almohada se mancho con tinte de cabello de la chica hay que pagar por ellas.

Cons:

La recepcionista que nos recibió es grosera y no tiene educación y empatía, al menos escuche a 5 huéspedes quejarse en el elevador y lobby, que era una grosera y los atendio de mala gana y me tocó ver y escucharla ser una prepotente y déspota con una persona de la 3ra edad, el lugar es una maravilla, es una lastima que tengan personal así trabajando en su servicio al cliente.
