Pros:

Excelente atención! La chica de la recepción es lo máximo! Nos ayudó en todo! Incluso en cosas que no tenían que ver con el alojamiento! Recomiendo 100% el lugar! La piscina muy rica! Te esperan con fruta en las mañanas! Tecitos y café! Gran detalle!

Absolutely wonderful! Didn't want to leave. So so relaxing!
Pros:

Wow, just wow! I am so glad I booked Casa Marbella - I would 100% come again! I stayed for 5 days, which I spent quite a lot of time at the hotel lounging by the pool or hanging out in my hammock on the terrace overlooking the ocean. The staff was so accommodating, offering me a free room upgrade, great recommendations, and a warm greeting always. My room was cleaned everyday, good free coffee and some fruits offered, and impeccable views. There's an amazing SALT WATER pool which was always sparkling clean, quiet, a great temperature, and peaceful with plenty of lounge chairs, shade, and space for tanning. Everyone was quiet and respectful, there's beautiful foliage and birds to watch/listen to. It almost felt like my own resort even though there are lots of rooms! 100% worth it with the low nightly price.

Beds SO comfy, lots of towels, kitchens are fully stocked to be able to cook yourself and save some $$ because it is NOT cheap around here to eat! That said, there is a great soda down the street which has affordable, local meals. Not glamorous or anything, but the cheapest place to eat and delicious!

Super close to town/beach/stores/yoga etc! The hill isn't that bad, fairly small. But you do get sweaty walking up it because of the temperature/humidity here. Some mosquitoes, but you'll get that everywhere here. Not many bugs otherwise, they definitely do due diligence to keep them out!

Cons:

Barely anything! I will say that the wifi drops in/out quite frequently but I never had troubles reconnecting quickly. Might be tough if you are here to work and need to be on virtual calls often.

There is a pretty ugly building in front of the pool area, but if you just look past it it's still a great view. You can't get everything perfect, and all of the benefits outweigh this small con.

Es ist sehr sauber. Die Reinigungskräfte waren den ganzen Tag im Einsatz. Der Blick auf dem Pazifik, einfach toll. Der Weg zum Strand ca. 400 Meter.

Cons:

Frühstück gab es nicht. Den ganzen Tag gab es Kaffee, Wasser und Obst. Es war eine kleine Küche vorhanden mit allem was man braucht.

Bien, mais sans plus.
Pros:

L’emplacement est bien, mais l’hôtel nécessite quelques travaux, les portes ferment mal, la porte fenêtre de la chambre laissé passer les moustiques, le lit grince et il est très bas. Si non la cuisine bien équipée, la piscine sympa et le personnel très serviable. Il nous on upgrader la chambre afin qu‘elle soit au calme..

Cons:

Les portes, le lit très bas, le nettoyage qui pourrait être mieux.

Casa Marbella had everything I needed for a great trip!
Pros:

Casa Marbella was great! There were a lot of places that were within a 5 minute walk of the hotel; grocery store, cafes, restaurants, a few surf shops, and of course an incredibly beautiful beach. The staff were great and taking yoga with Francesca was the perfect way to start your day. If I ever come back to Santa Teresa I'd stay at Casa Marbella.

Alles was helemaal top!!! Maar als ik dan toch iets kleins op mag merken, wij zaten maar een schoonmaak ruimte van het personeel, en snachts waren ze daar wel eens bezig, wat we dan hoorden

Super Hotel mit tollem Pool & Meerblick
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, hält was es verspricht und ist super gut gelegen - man kommt sowohl zum Strand, als auch zu unzähligen Cafés und Restaurants in Santa Teresa in wenigen Fußminuten.
