Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze staan voor je klaar wanneer het nodig is. De locatie van het Hotel is goed. Vanuit het hotel ben je snel bij een centraal metro station en bevindt het hotel zich in een leuke wijk van de stad.

Een stijlvol en kleinschalig boutique hotel in het hart van Hongdae, dé hotspot bij uitstek in Seoul. De centrale ligging vlakbij de metro-en bushaltes die je naar alle uithoeken van de stad brengen maakt dit de beste keuze voor wie veel aan sightseeing wil doen. Kamers zijn mooi, hedendaags, creatief en gezellig ingericht.
Er is geen kleerkast aanwezig in de kamer met enkel een open rek en wat kleerhangers om kleding op te hangen. Daar staat tegenover dat men op eenvoudig verzoek een strijkplank en strijkijzer kan vragen.

La struttura in se, ben curata. Le camere grandi, accoglienti ed estremamente pulite. La possibilità di fare la colazione americana (a pagamento). La posizione perfetta.

Subpar Hotel! The only positive aspect was the location. Everything else is best forgotten. I cannot understand why this place has three stars... it feels more like a motel than a hotel
It was a disappointment. The room was far too small for the price paid, and no services were included, everything came at an extra cost, like the laundry that was incredibly expensive for a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was basically in front of the bed, separated only by a curtain, so there was no privacy at all.
There were no extra facilities, and the breakfast was both incredibly small and expensive. While the room itself was clean, the corridors and reception area were narrow, cramped, and smelly.
The staff were really helpful and friendly! I left my phone in the taxi and they help me to contact the taxi driver.
The aircon wasn't cold.

Probably they gave us the worse room they have. Long but tiny room with a small window like a prison. While other rooms at the same floor at the same category, as I saw when they were cleaning, were bigger with large windows. So tiny space that the second person at a medium sized double bed hardly can pass to go to bed. Nice design, as a boutique hotel,but zero but they don't think that people need to live and not look at the place. The toilet was dark. I couldn't have a shave at the mirror . There is no mirror st all at the living area. Only a small at a table. And the waist do much space to have shower and bath in a different room..The toilet and basin are in different room from shower. The biggest joke is about the hangers for clothes. They have only for jacket and shirts some stupid design thing. When I asked them I need for trousers they didn't understand and they told me they didn't have. I went out to buy. And they use plastic cups . No glasses,or mugs . The funny thing is that they give only 2 per day. And then to ask for more.....And all these for 750 euros for five days. Bad experience...
