Great hotel, with lovely beds, nice pillows and a decent breakfast.
The breakfast could have a bit more choice to it, just 2 set meals and some cereal and toast. The coffee machine does not reflect Korean love of coffee.

整體整潔，雖然離車站有段距離，但附近有很多店可以選擇
早餐有美式及韓式可選擇，但韓式真的很難吃，完全不用額外加購，外面隨便吃都好。
地點離弘大地鐵9號出口很近, 步行約5分鐘, 雖然處於鬧區中, 但隔音良好, 在房間內不但聽不到戶外的聲音, 連隔壁房的聲音也聽不見, 熱水溫度足夠, 冷氣也很涼,連住3晚, 整體感覺良好。

The room was huge, and had everything we needed. Lovely to open a window as well, so you're not cooped up under aircon. The staff were super helpful and on the whole it was perfect for everything we needed. Great for local vibe, nightlife and the local transport connections are fantastic.
The breakfast area is really sad and desperately needs some love. It's a fantastic space and could be amazing if it wasn't tired and full of dead plants and trees. I thought it might be a lovely bar in the evening going by the photos, but it's non existent.
The location is amazing and the staff are kind and attentive.
Frankly the ENTIRETY of the points were given for the sake of the staff which were a gem.
The hotel is suffering from several problems.
The first is cleanliness: the carpets in both floors I've been in were filthy, they were stained with something white or had chlorine stains.
The second is facilities: the first room I've been in had both a leakage problem with water from the shower flooding the toilet, and the bath faucet was leaking which was practically dangerous as it caused a spill all the way into the leaving room as I was struggling to turn it off.
The third is the absolutely bizzare choice of decor: The first room looked nice but had no real divide between the bathroom and the living room, in the second room the ceiling was completely bare (intentionally) and we had a metal pipe hanging over the bed like the sword of Democles.
The light in the second room was an issue as it was behind the bed and I had to constantly circle around it.
Overall the choice for new-age design has come at the cost of practicality.
These are more than cheap hotel issues, this experience was unusual for my stay in Korea as a whole.
