Not recommended and not staying here again!
Pros:

The location is good, and I had stayed here before. I specifically chose this hotel again because of its convenient location. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing.

Cons:

1) Non-existent customer service

I contacted the hotel three times requesting an adjustment to my check-in time and received no response. I also called four times, and nobody answered. Literally zero customer service.

2) Slow and frustrating check-in

There was only one front desk employee attending both the Ibis and Ibis Budget, making check-in very slow.

I was asked if I preferred a higher or lower floor. I said higher and was given the 2nd floor; so why bother asking?

I was traveling with my daughter and had booked a room with two beds, but we were given a room with only one. We had to take our bags back to reception to change rooms.

3) Cleanliness: Definitely the worst part!!

I have stayed at many Ibis hotels, and this was easily the worst in terms of cleanliness. The walls were dirty and stained, and the bathroom had long hairs and shaving hair residue. It was disgusting.

Even worse, I woke up with multiple insect bites after sleeping in the bed. I cannot confirm what caused them, but it certainly raised concerns about the room and bedding.

This is one of the more affordable Ibis hotels in the area, and while I understand “you get what you pay for,” a lower price should not mean poor service and a dirty room.

The location is the only real positive for me. Next time, I would rather drive the extra kilometres and deal with the traffic than stay here again.

By far my worst experience at an Ibis. Not recommended.

Tudo muito limpinho, organizado, ótima localização, funcionários educados, comida deliciosa.

Cons:

Não gostei do barulho de porta de manhã cedo, falatório no corredor. Eu não consegui dormir até um pouquinho mais tarde, fui acordada pelo barulho. Tirando isso, foi tudo ok.

Quartos muito limpos bem arrumados, confortável, e tem uma smart TV isso muda tudo

Cons:

Os atendentes não te atende da melhor forma possível, parece que estão forçando para trabalhar no local, com exceção do pessoal da limpeza super educados e maravilhosos em seu trabalho, O ruim é que ficou sem internet durante dois dias, tive que ficar gastando dados móveis e pagar para renovar plano porque esgotou todos os meus dados.
