Lugar perfeito boa localização perto de tudo , funcionários prestativos, com destaque para atendente Vitor muito gente boa, café da manhã perfeito com muitas variedades e sendo reposto a todo momento, quarto muito confortavel roupas de cama limpas , ducha potente ótimo serviço de quarto, sauna muito boa , piscina grande so que estava gelada

Cons:

Achei ruim a indisponibilidade de água mineral em filtros, por exemplo. E por isso foi necessário comprar.

A estadia foi tranquila e agradável.
Pros:

Me hospedo neste hotel desde quando era a bandeira IBIS e o pessoal é sempre muito atencioso e ágil. É bem provável que eu volte a me hospedar quando retornar ao Guarujá.

Cons:

Da área externa. A mudança de bandeira no hotel poderia trazer algumas melhorias no caminho até a piscina. Há muitas marcas do tempo (pintura, ferrugem, falta de jardinagem...)
