Op een niet te hete dag is dit een prima verblijf met lekker ontbijt.
Pros:

Ruime kamers, fijne douche, lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Er is geen airco. Dit probeerden ze te compenseren met een ventilator, maar dit hielp niet voldoende om het een beetje koel te krijgen op de kamer.
Er zijn alleen rolluiken, geen gordijnen. Dus als je het rolluik iets open wilde laten voor ‘frisse’ lucht, stond je op de kijk voor het naastgelegen gasthause.
Er is geen lift aanwezig.

hat nicht stattgefunden
Pros:

nichts wir haben vorher storniert, da trotz vorheriger Verifizierung kein Restaurant vor Ort war und keine. Bar. Bei später Anreise ein Muss . Die Vorstellung im Internet vermittelt dies unmissverständlich. Sehr ärgerlich

Leuk hotel , goed ontbijt, heel uitgebreid en vers. Prima prijs-kwaliteit. We hadden een issue met de badkamer verlichting welk direct werd opgelost.

Cons:

Bloedje heet op de kamer. Geen airco, e kwl een rumoerige ventilator. Parkeerkosten van 7 euro moeten betalen terwijl er legio parkeer mogelijkheden zijn. Vreemd beleid. Geen koffie of thee faciliteit op kamer, geen koelkast.

Kein schöner Aufenthalt, aber Booking.com hat es am Ende gerichtet...

Die Lage ist gut.

Das Personal ist unfreundlich, liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass niemand einen geraden deutschen Satz herausbringt.
Der Hotelmanager hat angeblich vor einer Woche gewechselt. Der vorherige Manager hat unsere Bezahlung auf ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Das ist jetzt nach einem halben Jahr erst aufgefallen. Wir mussten den Betrag jetzt ein zweites Mal (!) bezahlen. Booking.com ist nicht zu erreichen - nur die KI! Und die versteht logischerweise den Sachverhalt nicht. Im Grunde genommen haben wir unseren Kurzurlaub damit verbracht, mit der Rezeption zu diskutieren und booking.com zu erreichen! Alles eine große Sch...

Man hat uns leider zu spät vor Garner- und Novum-Hotels gewarnt. Umbuchen war auch nicht möglich, da wir bereits im Dezember '25 bezahlt hatten.

Nachtrag:

Booking.com hat sich des Falls angenommen und wir haben tatsächlich unser Geld zurückerhalten! Booking.com kümmert sich also doch um die Anliegen seiner Kunden. Vielen Dank! :-)
Ich würde mir eine leichtere und schnellere Erreichbarkeit von Booking.com wünschen und nicht erst eine KI versuchen zu lassen, ein derart komplexes Problem zu lösen.
Auf jeden Fall hat Booking.com sich wirklich bemüht und sogar noch an einem Sonntagabend angerufen, um uns die erfolgreiche Lösung unseres Anliegens mitzuteilen. Hierfür ein großes Lob!
