Firstly, the free parking which was ‘reserved for hotel guests’ was terrible. This has caused us some stress during the holiday, sometimes having to wait around 20mins to find somewhere to park. We have raised this with reception who couldn’t help with the matter.

I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a 4* as the cleaning of the rooms and food were below expectations.

Unser Zimmer war winzig.
Auch der Service war enttäuschend. Mehrfach mussten wir darum bitten, dass unser Zimmer gereinigt wird. Trotzdem wurde dies zunächst einfach nicht erledigt. Ein Taxi haben wir bereits Stunden im Voraus für eine feste Uhrzeit bestellt, damit alles reibungslos klappt – die Bestellung wurde schlicht vergessen.

Generell hatten wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts das Gefühl, dass sich niemand wirklich für die Gäste interessiert. Die Mitarbeitenden wirkten häufig unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Man musste Anliegen mehrfach ansprechen, Rückmeldungen blieben aus und auf einen versprochenen Rückruf warten wir bis heute. Wahrscheinlich müssen wir das Thema beim Check-out erneut selbst ansprechen.

Das Frühstück war zwar in Ordnung, endet aber bereits um 10:00 Uhr. Gerade in einem Ferienhotel hätten wir erwartet, dass man den Gästen etwas mehr Flexibilität bietet.

Insgesamt hatten wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts das Gefühl, dass der Gast hier keine grosse Rolle spielt. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir deutlich besseren Service, mehr Kundenorientierung und Zimmer, die den Preis rechtfertigen. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen und können es leider auch nicht empfehlen.

Rooms were not clean, we even caught a cockroach in our room.
After dinner, nothing is opened in the radius of 2km, so it can get boring in the evening.

During dinner, they stop refilling the food, desserts, and fruit 45 minutes before it ends. So, if you come to dinner a bit later, you will most likely find many things already gone

Szczerze nie polecam. Byliśmy już trzeci raz w tym hotelu lecz niestety już ostatni… Jesteśmy bardzo zawiedzeni.
Za pierwszym oraz drugim razem było super. Wszystko dopracowane, All inklusive na takim poziomie że nie było potrzeby wychodzenia poza hotel. Jednakże teraz to jakaś porażka ! W opisie napisane All inklusive a za drinki oraz różnego rodzaju napoje w barze trzeba płacić . Poprzednim razem wszystko było darmowe. Drinki, pizza, owoce. Teraz za wszystko trzeba było płacić. Specjalnie trzeba było jeździć do sklepu i kupować dzieciom napoje… Kawa na stołówce tylko na śniadaniu później ekspres do kawy zostawał wyłączany i do obiadu ani kolacji nie można było z niego korzystać… Śniadanie przez cały tydzień takie samo. Klimatyzacja po wejściu do pokoju nie działała, dopiero po przyjściu obsługi zostawiono nam pilot do klimatyzacji z które klimatyzację można było włączyć . Hotel zmienił nazwę może i się zmienił właściciel dlatego zaszły takie zmiany w hotelu lecz niestety nie na lepsze .

It´s a perfect place for FAMILIES with small children, but not very convenient for adults only. Too noisy, crowdy, and pretty not so nice beaches. Food is fair

Le manque de clarté sur le all included car le bar n etait pas inclus. Une certaine négligence sur l entretien, chaises longues classées, coussins tachés, tables sales.

В часи коли існує засіб для чистки килимів вони ними чогось не користуватуються. Ковролін в номері був з плямами, так само як і дивани в ресторані. Також було б не зайвим вимити вікна в ресторані.

Es gab hier und da was aber alles zusammen war es perfekt, viel Ruhe super Lage, einfach toll!

very far from the main part of the island and the cost to get there and back was not great, also the room only had one working plug and that was in the toilet so i had to iron my clothes in the toilet. The safe didn't work and there was no water provided and was told to use the tap
