The external spaces were very dirty, not well kept and the food was very weak in quality and variability.

Ci è stata assegnata una camera con un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta. Gli abbiamo chiesto di risolverlo, ma la soluzione è stata quella di spruzzare profumo. Dopo un'ulteriore lamentela, ci è stato proposto di spostarci in un altro stabile (peccato che siamo una famiglia suddivisa su due camere).
Abbiamo avuto problemi con l'aria condizionata su entrambe le stanze.
Le camere con molta polvere ed un giorno non sono proprio passati a pulire.
Una camera non aveva il dispenser per il docciaschiuma: ci è stato fornito solo su nostra richiesta.

La colazione era ok, ma la cena proponeva cibi poco invitanti. Se non si andava appena dopo l'apertura spesso non si trovavano più le pietanze più gettonate.
Una volta che un cibo veniva esaurito, passava molto tempo prima di essere ripristinato.
All' uscita del ristorante era immancabile un forte odore di gabinetto.

Nonostante che Booking mi avesse fatto pagare in anticipo, il manager della struttura mi ha richiesto prova del pagamento.

Čistoča je problem, umazani krožniki, kozarci, sobarica ne čisti sob. Za brisače moraš prosit.

Das ganze Hotel war sehr schmutzig und beim Essen keine Abwechslung.

Nao gostei da falta de consideraçao de certos hospedes que deixavam as suas toalhas a marcar lugar nas espreguiçadeiras de um dia para o outro, é inadmissivel essa falta de respeito pelo proximo e o resort devia tomar medidas drásticas e haver mais vigilancia visto q na maior parte dos hoteis na Europa isso já é proibido.

No se parece nada a las fotos, minigolf destrozado, comedor con poca variedad de comida, nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. No se la gente que ha hecho buenas reseñas donde se hospeda, pero la verdad que no sé cómo tiene 4 estrellas…

Wir hatten Halbpension und sind an fünf Tagen zweimal auswärts zum Abendessen gewesen. Die Speisen waren teilweise ungenießbar z.B. der Reis nicht gekocht. Alles war lieblos angerichtet, vorallem die Salatbar, die Salate und das Gemüse musste man selber erst einmal klein schneiden, um es essen zu können. Zum Frühstück gab es Obst aus der Konserve und billige verarbeitete Wurst. Um sauberes Geschirr zu bekommen musste man lange suchen, da dieses sehr schlecht gereinigt wurde und immer irgendwo noch Essensreste klebten. Einmal erwischte ich einen Teller an dem unten eine Portion Mayonnaise klebte🤮 Das Personal an der Rezeption ein Haufen arroganter Nichtskönner! Jeden Tag bekamen wir mit, wie sich Gäste an der Rezeption beschwerten. Die Krönung war "Zeljko", so nannte er sich, ob es stimmt, weiß man nicht, er trug kein Namensschild. Als wir früh morgens auschecken wollten, um unsere Fähre zu erreichen, war die Rezeption unbesetzt, bzw eine Stimme aus dem Hinterzimmer meinte der Kollege kommt gleich. Dieser(Zeljko) kam dann von draußen und fing an uns zu beschimpfen und drohte uns mit Rausschmiss!
Alles in allem war es vollkommen überteuert und niemals vier Sterne Niveau!!

The facilities were a little worn down, buildings mostly in a style of older apartment buildings. The view from the balcony supposed to be toward a garden was mostly a parking lot. No conditioner available in the shower on a spa hotel and with that cost. If you don’t buy in to the buffet there is few alternatives for lunch or dinner, pizza or sandwich w frites only options.

Stari objekat, poraditi na kvaliteti hrane, okolisu...

* There was a hole in the bathroom wall without any cover (possibly for electrical cables), which gave the bathroom an unfinished and poorly maintained appearance.
* The coat hook in the room was broken.
* The carpet was dirty and clearly needed cleaning.
* There was no luggage rack, bench, or any other suitable place to put our suitcases.
*no power outlet near the bedside table, it was either the lamp or my phone on the one outlet
*one lamp (at the desk) hadn’t a switch, had to crawl under the desk to „switch“ it off
*strange elevator concept, e.g. you pushed floor number 1 and you ended in a split floor between 0 and 1 and had to take the half the stairs with your luggage, don’t know how this is working with a buggy os wheelchair 🤷‍♀️ this was in complex A
* Large cobwebs had accumulated on the corridor windows.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the power outage on our last evening. There was no electricity or lighting in the hotel apart from the lobby etc., yet the staff made no effort to inform arriving guests in advance.

Instead, guests were allowed to walk past the reception desk, go all the way to their rooms, discover the problem themselves, and then walk back to reception to ask what was going on.

As mentioned some staff members were really nice like Dorian or the Janitor who kept handling the keys but others were mumbling their english responses in a manner where you wouldn’t understand a word… in Croatian them were speaking loud and clear but in english not…

Even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. There was no apology, no proactive communication, and not even a small gesture of goodwill, such as offering guests a complimentary drink at the bar while waiting for the situation to be resolved. This level of service is simply unacceptable and left us with a very poor final impression of the hotel.

Don’t do Dinners there it’s like eating in a student hall. Breakfast on the other hand was good.

Shower cabin was not renovated. Bar worked only until 19h and in the evening you have to go somewhere else for a drink.

Не було належного прибирання хоча сам готель чистий. Рушники змінювались за проханням.

Hrana, dosta obroka sa svinjetinom, riba bi mogla biti i bolja i ukusnija jer ipak je hotel ma moru
