Beautiful location but hotel so-so
Pros:

Hotel has a beautiful location, with lovely walking paths leading into town of Vrboska and a beautiful beach. The staff from another countries were friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunalety, the food and drinks in restaurant were very basic and in my opinion, disappoiting for 4 star hotel.

Vrlo smo zadovoljni boravkom u ovom hotelu, bilo bi lijepo opet doći ako budemo na Hvaru.

vynikajúca lokalita a okolie hotela, krásna pláž, zabezpečené lehátka pri mori, ochotný personál ,
raňajky aj večere super.

Cons:

veľmi malé a stroho zariadené izby. chýbala ľadnička, kresielko. Zariadenie mi pripomínalo internát ,a nie hotel v tejto cenovej kategórii.

Pros:

Wyspa Hvar jest przepiękna. Położenie hotelu w zatoce i lesie piniowym zapewnia cień oraz dobre warunki do kąpieli morskich. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie jest także znana, ogólnodostępna jednak, jak to w Chorwacji, kamienista plaża. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, może trochę mało urozmaicone ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Czystość wykładzin i obić mebli pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Obsługa restauracji, mimo, że uwijała się jak mogła, nie była w stanie zapewnić na czas odpowiedniej ilości kubków czy widelcy. Sala wydaje się zbyt mała ma ilość gości. Niemile zaskoczył nas fakt, że mimo formuły all inclusive, bary kawowy i drinkowy były płatne.

A nice relaxing stay at the most peaceful location on Hvar.
Pros:

Great location, nature, beach, water. Helpful staff. Children friendly.

Cons:

Food isn’t so tasty, even though there are many options to choose from, everything has a similar taste. After few days, we opted to search for restaurants in nearby towns instead (even though we had a full board).

Na splošno pa je bila izkušnja odlična.
Pros:

Hrana je bila zadovoljiva in raznolika. Lokacija je zelo lepa in mirna, plaža je dobra, morje pa mirno in toplo. Zelo prijetna je tudi sprehajalna pot do kraja Vrboska.

Cons:

Večerja: največja težava je v tem, da je za glavne jedi na voljo samo en servirni pult, zaradi česar prihaja do gneče in posledično tudi do nezadovoljstva gostov. Parkirni prostor bi moral biti bolje organiziran in po moji presoji tudi nekoliko povečan.

A Hidden Gem with Amazing Hospitality

A little paradise tucked away in a quiet corner surrounded by nature! We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s such a beautiful and peaceful place, made even more special by the amazing hospitality and genuinely warm people.
A special mention to Manuel and John from the Terrace Bar, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always made us feel at home. Richard from the other beach restaurant was also wonderful and added to the experience with his great hospitality.
The rooms are okay, and the restaurant buffet is decent, but the outdoor area is absolutely amazing! The beautiful surroundings and outdoor space are definitely the highlight of our stay.

Also, it’s the kind of place where the beautiful surroundings are only part of the magic, the people truly make it unforgettable. We had such a wonderful time and would happily come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views, great atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality!

This is simply not a 4-star hotel.

This is not a 4-star hotel. At best, it feels like an overpriced holiday camp with shockingly poor customer service.

We checked in on September 4th for what was supposed to be a 6-night stay. We ended up leaving the hotel the very next morning.

From the moment we entered the room, the experience was disappointing. The room had visible stains, the bathroom was ridiculously small, and the toiletries and amenities felt cheap and completely inconsistent with what you would expect from a 4-star property.

At check-in, we were charged the full amount for our entire 6-night stay. Once in the room, we discovered that the air conditioning did not work at all, with the temperature remaining around 29°C. To make matters worse, the room phone was also not working, so every time we needed assistance, we had to physically go back to reception.

We reported the AC issue several times and were repeatedly told that a technician would come. We waited, went back to reception, waited again… nothing was resolved and no alternative room was offered.

The soundproofing was equally unacceptable. We could hear children in the room above literally jumping on the floor until midnight, as well as very unpleasant toilet/wastewater noises through the pipes whenever other guests used their bathroom. Room number: B105.

After hours of trying to get the situation resolved, we cancelled the remainder of our stay through Booking.com that same evening, while our reservation was still within the cancellation period, and left the following morning.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer care. Ivana, the Front Office Manager, showed absolutely no consideration for what we had experienced. Rather than taking responsibility or trying to find a solution, she simply told us to deal with Booking.com regarding the expected refund, even though the payment was handled directly by the hotel and made to Aminess, not Booking.com.

Wspaniały wypoczynek
Pros:

Hotel nowocześnie urządzony, czysty, pięknie położony. Pokoje bardzo czyste, urządzone w sposób prosty ale nowoczesny. Dostępne są ręczniki plażowe zmieniane co 4 dni przez obsługę. Lokalizacja jest największym atutem hotelu: przy plaży z krystaliczną wodą, wśród drzew dających cień. Wspaniałe warunki do wypoczynku, pływania, snorkelingu. Posiłki smaczne, duży wybór dań w tym ryby, owoce morza, sałatki, warzywa, owoce. Jeśli będę planować pobyt w przyszłości w tym rejonie, znowu wybiorę ten hotel.

Cons:

Problemem jest parking przy hotelu, na którym jest mało miejsc, zwłaszcza że wjeżdżają tam osoby z zewnątrz, które nie mieszkają w hotelu a korzystają z plaży. Jeśli parking ma być tylko dla gości hotelu (tak stanowią tablice informacyjne) to powinno być to egzekwowane. Najlepiej szlaban jak w innym hotelu tej sieci w Orebic.
