Pros:

Nothing good

Cons:

Bad service - they chat when they are on duty even you standing in front of them
There are maintenance all the time very noisy VERY!!!

Pros:

We, a group of 7 arrived at Cresta, after waiting for 30 minutes we got the news that the reservation is cancelled because of the renovations… After another 30 minutes I decided to go to the neighbouring hotel what was much better… Cresta you really let us down… you will never see us again. thanks for waisting our time…

It was perfect for what we needed
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent.
The location was unexpected...I thought when i booked that it was much closer to Maun center not realising there are 2 hotels.
It didn't actually matter as we caught the shuttle to and from the hotel but it might be an idea to offer a choice

The ongoing building was a downside

I wouldn’t book again due to the bedroom design.
Pros:

The property itself has potential ! Nice restaurant and bar area.
At the front desk/concierge was a wonderful gentleman George !
He was exceptionally helpful during our stay with helping us with our bags/ transport etc other people in our group also commented how great he was.

Cons:

The bedrooms have the shower in the bedroom !
The last time I saw this was in a budget hotel in Peru. This really inconvenient if you are sharing a room and if single then the floor gets wet and the whole bedroom gets humid.
This is basically a poor design and I am sure most guests would prefer the shower and toilet combined.
I had booked for 3 nights and then on the second day I was informed that I needed to change room on the last afternoon as they were doing renovation work outside my room. It was obvious renovation work was ongoing when I initially went to my room as the corridor was dusty, missing tiles and had an uneven floor - we were not warned about this at booking or checking-in. But then to spend 2 nights living with this to then be asked to repack and move to a different room for the last night showed a total lack of management communication and in inconvenience to the plans I had made for that afternoon.

Very disappointed, the place was a construction mess and we were not advised before booking.
Pros:

Not much about the property, it was under construction and we were not advised at time of booking . We had to move rooms due to construction and were advised with little notice. We paid a premium price for our room and did not receive appropriate value . The staff were excellent, in particular George who provided exceptional service !

Cons:

It was a total mess , tiles misaligned and dust everywhere, scaffolding in front of room.

Cons:

Hotel showing its age. Poor building construction evident. Room windows very dirty.
Outside parking area shade cloth coverings needs attention. Sagging and loose.
