Pros:

服务、位置、房间、设施、早餐等都满意，酒店位置离火车站近，出行周边交通方便，早餐比较丰富，有我们习惯的米饭餐食，厨房用具配备齐全，便于我们做简单的晚餐改善一下胃口，我们住在阁楼层，房间很大，站在房间的露台上就能欣赏小镇风景和远处的马特洪峰。

Great hotel in Zermatt !
Pros:

Great hotel, really nice breakfast and good spa for when you come back from the mountains.
Very nice staff. Reception can help with a lot of stuff, for example getting stamps and sending postcards.

Pros:

駅から軽い下り坂で荷物を運んでの移動がとても楽でした。
駅から一本道沿にあり分かり易いのも助かりました。
マッターホルンは見えない部屋でしたが、部屋によってはよく見えると思います。
キッチンも充実、スーパー揉めの前に有ります。

Cons:

スタッフは親切なのですが早口で困りました。
洗濯機の詳しい説明書が欲しかった

Amazing property - value for money
Pros:

The location was perfect mins. away from train station. View from my room was amazing - matterhorn view. There was a mini kitchen which helped me a lot. Market is nearby for groceries. Everything was accessible. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

Excellent hotel with a fabulous pool

Construction work at the moment makes it too noisy to sit outside on the balcony and cranes blocks view of the Matterhorn.

Delightful and friendly hotel with really helpful staff
Pros:

This is a delightful hotel and was a great experience. We particularly appreciated that they opened up for the long weekend before the start of summer. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. I loved how flexible they were with the spa and pool, which in themselves were great facilities. They are comfortable about guests using the facilities before check-in and after check-out, and really helped us enjoy the whole experience.

Cons:

The mattress was quite hard, which caused problems for one of us. We didn't explore alternative solutions with the management, so not really registering this as a complaint. The only other issue was with some guests who ignored the sauna rules despite very clear signage (it's European style, folks - we don't wear swimsuits and we don't carry our phones!).
