Great breakfast buffet!
A quelques minutes à pieds de la gare et des épiceries. La chambre était très jolie et chaleureuse. On avait celle dans le pignon. On s'y sentait à l'aise et c'était calme. Le déjeuner compris était copieux et très bon. Nous avons apprécié la piscine intérieure au sel avec ces nombreux jets. Après une journée de randonnée, ça fait du bien se faire masser les muscles par les jets.
Pour avoir accès au sauna, hamman et bain vapeur, il faut être nu. Aucun costume de bain toléré. Ça serait ds la coutume Allemande, alors soyez avisé. Pour ma part, j'ai sauté mon tour
The room was clean, had plenty of storage for clothes, was a great size for two people, and there was a with a nice deck to sit out on with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The brine pool was a wonderful amenity--peaceful, warm, large enough for laps, but also had areas with jets for those hurting muscles after a day of hiking in Zermatt! The breakfast buffet was awesome--lots of choices for everyone to be happy! Food and beverages were delicious. Location was very convenient to train station as well as the station to head up Gornergrat. We definitely hope to be back.

We loved staying here! The rooms are older but the bathrooms look like a 5 star resort. The beds were good and the location was perfect. Near good restaurants, train, and the train up to the top. The spa area was really great and we loved the breakfast too! Great place!
I wish the rooms were a bit more updated and the smell in the hall was a bit musty
プールとサウナも付いていて、山登りで疲れた体を癒すことができた。ランドリー室もあったので洗濯も無料出できてよかった。
洗濯機と乾燥機が1台ずつしか無いのでせめてもう1台あると便利だなと思った。
we liked how we could see matterhorn from our room. we even woke up on 2 of the 4 mornings to catch the alpenglow on the matterhorn. it was really nice to be able to catch it from the room. we also loved the pool - it was nice and warm. the jacuzzi functions were really nice to have at the end of a long day with the various massage areas in the pool. location is good - short 5 min walk from the station. loved squeezing fresh orange juice every morning!
didn’t get to try the sauna/steam room as it was mixed gender nudity and we were not comfortable with it, we understand it’s european culture.

And the pool and sauna area was great.
The views from the balcony were beautiful, of course.
The sauna area is nude. Even though you can wrap a towel around yourself other people may be in the nude.

Great hotel, really nice breakfast and good spa for when you come back from the mountains.
Very nice staff. Reception can help with a lot of stuff, for example getting stamps and sending postcards.
駅から軽い下り坂で荷物を運んでの移動がとても楽でした。
駅から一本道沿にあり分かり易いのも助かりました。
マッターホルンは見えない部屋でしたが、部屋によってはよく見えると思います。
キッチンも充実、スーパー揉めの前に有ります。
スタッフは親切なのですが早口で困りました。

The location was perfect mins. away from train station. View from my room was amazing - matterhorn view. There was a mini kitchen which helped me a lot. Market is nearby for groceries. Everything was accessible. Rooms were clean and well equipped.
