Gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Super 5 minuten vom Bahnhof.
Bekammen ein Upgrad grösseres Zimmer,mit langem Balkon am Ecke vergrössert mit 2 Liegestühle. Mega!
Brause in der Dusche spritzte auf alle seiten,haben wir gemeldet. Würden es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Frisch geschnitten früchte waren für uns nicht so frisch wie sie aussahen.
Schade kein Restaurant zum Essen.

Cons:

J'ai été un peu déçu de me retrouver dans un étage où il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur. Avec mon meilleur ami on venait d'arriver de la Haute Route Chamonix - Zermatt et on avait vraiment les genoux fatigués. Ça aurait été parfait d'avoir un ascenseur. Mais c'est un détail. L'hôtel était génial mis à part ça.

Pros:

Gemütliches Zimmer mit Blick auf das Matterhorn und ein entspannter Spa-Bereich. Das Morgenessen war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Relaxing amenities and clean rooms
Pros:

The beautiful cedar surrounded stainless spa pool is exceptional. The rooms are impeccable and cooking ready. The staff are attentive and work hard to ensure your comfort.

Cons:

If it were incredibly hot, keep in mind there is no air conditioning as most hotels in this region do not have it.

Excellent stay and would book next time if we come back to Switzerland
Pros:

Very comfortable place to stay. We saw three different rooms and all excellent. Some very recently renovated. Good breakfast, but highlight was the pool and sauna after long days hiking.

Cons:

If I had to say something then it’s at the other end of town from most attractions but still only a short walk. But that makes it closer to the railway station so shorter distance to move luggage.

sehr gute Lage, Nähe Bahnhof. Ausserdem sehr gutes Frühstück, ein Veloraum mit Lademöglichkeit für Ebikes, ein schöner Wellnessbereich.
