Nhà mình có 4 người mà khách sạn để có 2 khăn tắm, ko có khăn nhỏ, xuống hỏi lễ tân thì báo cấp khăn theo số lượng người lớn. Mình muốn thuê thêm để dùng cũng không có

Pros:

The location is very central and close to the beach ! There are a lot of restaurants around and a supermarket right next to it ! The room was ok for the price !

Cons:

There were some cockroaches in the room which was a bit disgusting ! Also the receptionist wasn’t really helpful when we asked for help with our travels! Our stay was actually quite fine but at the end at check out they checked our room and then told us we needed to pay extra because there was a little stain ( which could have easily been washed out ) which was very annoying

Pros:

Vị trí thuận lợi gần bãi biển (chỉ cách khoảng 5-7 phút đi bộ), bác chủ nhà và các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình trong quá trình mình ở lại.

Cons:

Sẽ rất tuyệt vời nếu như khách sạn có thể cải thiện về cách âm giữa các phòng, ngoài ra khách sạn có thể lưu kho lại thêm khăn tắm cho khách trong trường hợp khách thiếu khăn tắm.

Pros:

địa điểm gần biển, đi bộ khoảng 500m

Cons:

- phòng cách âm rất kém, buổi tối ngủ rất ồn, tiếng gõ cửa phòng bên hay tiếng bước chân đều nghe thấy
- toilet bị hôi mùi cống
- cống thoát nước kém, mình vừa xả vòi sen để tắm thì nước đã ngập đến mắt cá chân
- buồng phòng dọn phòng khá qua loa, mình ở 4 ngày mà ngta chỉ vô quét sơ thôi chứ k thấy dọn toilet hay drap giường.
- lễ tân nữ ca ngày rất hời hợt, 12h mình báo lễ tân cho dọn phòng thì bạn này nói hết giờ, hẹn ngày mai trong khi bên khách sạn để khung giờ dọn phòng đến 15h mới hết.
Mình checkout bạn đó nói mình ngồi đợi kiểm phòng, sau khi kiểm xong bạn này không thèm nói một tiếng mà để mình ngồi đợi lâu quá mình hỏi thì mới nói xong rồi.
Mình hỏi lại “xong sao bạn không báo mình thì bạn không thèm nói gì, không một câu xin lỗi.”
Nói chung trải nghiệm ở đây khá tệ, không quay lại
