Fine for a short cheap stay
Pros:

Location was really great for the beach, loads of food places around and shops etc. Room was spacious and the staff at check in were friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately I found the bathroom to just not be very clean, especially the shower and the shower screen.

The noise from the street is quite loud also so if you’re a light sleeper I’d avoid.

The hotel also had quite a musky damp smell and there was some damp in my room.

Cons:

ko hiểu sao Wifi phòng mình rất kém, hầu như mình không dùng wifi được đành dùng 4G
Có thể cải thiện thêm về vấn đề sạch sẽ vệ sinh và trang thiết bị
À lúc nhận phòng không có khăn tắm cho mình, may là mình có đem khăn của mình theo.
Nhưng xét về giá phòng và vị trí thì cũng OK ạ

Pros:

Mình đến sớm lúc 11h có phòng trống nên được hỗ trợ nhận sớm free. Phòng sạch sẽ như ảnh, nhân viên dễ thương. Gần biển, khu phố Tây nên xung quanh nhiều khách nước ngoài. Còn đối diện với minimarrt, tiệm thuốc, quán cf phê, rất tiện lơi. Có dịp sẽ quay lại.

Great view over the busy street
Pros:

The view of the room is great! The window reaches the floor, there is a minicouch right next to it and you can enjoy watching all the people down the street. The street is crowded with restaurants, pharmacies, minimarts, massage places and a hairdressers (yet the room is a lot less noisy than one could expect). Cute little balcony.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had to request fresh linens, as the bed did not seem to have been properly made for a new guest. This was however taken care of immediately. The bed was soft.

Very good budget choice in the middle of the tourist district
Pros:

I'm staying regularly in Danang and this is my favourite place to stay.
Friendly and helpful staff, big very comfortable bed, big room with a fridge, good AC and Wi-Fi. Big bathroom.
Asked for a room on a high floor and they fixed that! Despite facing the busy bar and restaurant street very quiet at night. Lot's of restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to find Grab or Xanh drivers for local transport.

Cons:

TV didn't work but I didn't bother.

The cheaper rooms in the back of the building have either no windows or a window facing the floor.

I really recommend to spend a little bit extra and book one of the front rooms with big windows and a small balcony.
