Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique et reposant.
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Le lieu est superbe, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. La vue et l’environnement sont incroyables, très calmes et reposants. Le personnel a été très accueillant, disponible et toujours agréable avec nous. L’appartement était confortable et bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour en famille avec notre bébé. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience à Bellagio.

Cons:

Honnêtement, tout s’est très bien passé. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait la possibilité d’avoir une option petit-déjeuner, même payante, car cela aurait rendu le séjour encore plus pratique et agréable.

Wunderschönes Erlebnis mit Herz!
Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und jederzeit aufmerksam. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war die Überraschung zu meinem Geburtstag: Das Team hat extra einen unglaublich leckeren Kuchen bestellt – eine Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat!
Was uns besonders gefallen hat:
• Die Lage & der Garten: Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den See. Das beigefügte Bild zeigt den schönen Garten – hier gibt es sogar die Möglichkeit zu grillen, wenn man möchte!
• Der Service: Man merkt, dass die Mitarbeiter ihren Job mit Leidenschaft machen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt.
Ein kleiner Hinweis für Gäste:
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist für das Nötigste völlig ausreichend, aber eher darauf ausgelegt, die hervorragende Gastronomie in der Umgebung zu erkunden (oder eben den Grill im Garten zu nutzen), anstatt aufwendige Menüs in der Wohnung selbst zu kochen.

An amazing stay with breathtaking views — highly recommended
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The views over Lake Como were absolutely stunning and the apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is also great and everything felt very well organized.

Pros:

We had a great stay at these apartments. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and well organized, and the host provided clear instructions.

The place had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed.

Overall, a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Cons:

Questo è il posto peggiore in cui ci sia mai capitato di andare. Sono semplicemente dei ladri. Sono già passati due mesi, li ho contattati una decina di volte e non hanno ancora restituito l’anticipo di 200 euro, che hanno trattenuto per motivi poco chiari. Ogni volta dicono “sì, sì, lo restituiremo”, ma ad oggi non hanno restituito nulla.

Tutte le piscine e le jacuzzi mostrate nelle foto sono puramente decorative: non funziona niente. È indicato “due camere da letto”, ma in realtà ce n’è solo una; la seconda è un locale seminterrato, estremamente umido, che assomiglia più a una lavanderia che a una camera da letto. Dormirci è impossibile.

Inoltre, l’alloggio è su due piani con una scala molto ripida e estremamente scomoda. Andarci con dei bambini è praticamente un suicidio. Tutto il loro business è costruito sull’inganno delle persone, perché sanno che dall’estero non si può fare nulla contro di loro e, anche se si potesse, difficilmente qualcuno avrebbe voglia di affrontare tutta questa situazione.

Pros:

This was the best villa I have had the privilege of staying at. Staff were commendable and absolutely great! They were available on Whatsapp at any time of the day. They were very helpful regarding transport, food options, communication regarding the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Victoria, Beatrice and Ricardo who made our stay comfortable and went out their way for us. Highly recommend. Very clean. Short walk to the ferry that takes you to other towns. We will be back here for our next trip to Italy!

Beautiful house - perfect for friends and family!
Pros:

Beautiful property with a gorgeous pool and sauna. It’s about a 25 min ride from Lecco and it was great to stay here for the Monza Grand Prix.

Cons:

I liked everything - I would just recommend renting a car to move around Onno and Lake Como

Modern apartment in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Apartment was clean and well appointed.
Location was accessible to Bellagio and Lecco- by bus or car. Nice to be away from the crowds and with beautiful scenery. Onno has a couple of restaurants so we could eat out.
Sauna was lovely especially on cooler days.
Staff lovely -very helpful and friendly and had excellent English.

Cons:

Small jacuzzi pool needs heating.

We were in a ground floor and basement apartment-had not been aware of this from description. Kitchen had one damp wall and mould growing. Shame as rest of apartment was in good order.

No floor sound proofing/dampening between apartments-could hear footsteps, voices and chairs scraping from neighbours above us. Rugs upstairs would help reduce this.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the setting was peaceful. Check-in was straightforward and we appreciated the quiet surroundings during the day.

Cons:

The apartment was clean and spacious, but the downstairs room was very noisy and the air conditioning did not work properly. It often felt damp, and the unit made strange noises at night. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided per bathroom for a four night stay. Shops nearby are rarely open, so you need to plan ahead.
Overall we did not have major complaints, but for the price we would not return. The property is far from town, and the road in and out of Bellagio is difficult. I would avoid driving it late at night after dinner.

Pros:

Emplacement au top face au lac de Côme à Onno. Appartement spacieux tout équipé avec une grande terrasse en RDC accès direct piscine.

Cons:

La chambre des enfants en sous-sol accès direct garage n’est pas très accueillante, un peu glauque.

Relaxing with wonderful views
Pros:

Excellent staff, great pool and garden area. Comfy beds, everything was clean. Great idea giving us two bottles of water and two of prosecco as a welcome package. The garden with barbecue area is wide and simply amazing.

Cons:

The pool is not that big since it’s used by three other apartments as well, but it was more than fine for us.
