The location was very convenient and Lucerne is beautiful.
Pros:

There wasn’t any. Couldn’t find a cup of tea or coffee.

Cons:

No where to sit outside and room wa very bare bones.

This could be my go to place if I come back to Lucerne

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

Cons:

We did not receive an e-mail regarding the hotel door access code and self check-in procedure before our arrival. This caused some difficulty as we had limited phone access. The problem was resolved by borrowing a neighboring business's phone to call the hotel.

We really enjoyed it except for those circumstances
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room great staff

Cons:

The only problem we had was on two of the mornings during the week they were jackhammering and sign next-door to our room, which woke us up.

Hotel bien situé, facilité d'accès, literie très confortable.

Cons:

J'aurais préféré que ma chambre donne du côté de l'église; chambres pas très bien insonorisées (bruits du restaurant), mais ça ne m'a pas empêchée de beaucoup apprecier mon sejour !

Sauberkeit war optimal. Sehr ruhige Lage, besonders nachts. Angebot Tee, Wasser, Kaffee ausreichend vorhanden. Duschgel und Crème hochwertig. Hilfsbereiter Empfang am Telefon, freundliches Personal im Restaurant. Möglichkeit früher Check in war hilfreich, ohne Zusatzkosten.

Das Zimmer ist einfach und zweckmässig. Genügend Ablagefläche beim Lavabo!

Cons:

Die Beschaffung der Gästekarte ist zu kompliziert, die Kurtaxe sehr hoch. Dass man im Restaurant nach 22Uhr nichts mehr zu essen bekommt( auch nichts Kaltes, Einfaches) entspricht nicht den Erwartungen an Luzern.
