Cons:

Absolutely over priced. For that price, there should be a manned-reception, higher quality condiments in the room. That always price gives 5 star rating hotels in most other countries.

Pros:

Nice and comfortable basic room. Comfy bed,and well situated hotel, very central. Very nice touch in that they provide free soft drinks and beers.
The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant downs stairs was lovely too.

It was wonderful.
Pros:

Its location was great. We loved just walking out the door and being right in middle of Lucerne’s Old Town.

Cons:

My husband did not like the bed spread. Having separate covers made it difficult for him. He moves too much in the bed while trying to sleep, so he would lose the covers several times, and that would wake him up looking for his covers.

Great location.
Pros:

Location is very convenient. The room has been updated. The air conditioner was very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is close to a church where the bell chimes every 15 minutes. The room will benefit from a small refrigerator. We booked via Booking.com, it did not clearly state on the front page that it was self-check-in.

The location was very convenient and Lucerne is beautiful.
Pros:

There wasn’t any. Couldn’t find a cup of tea or coffee.

Cons:

No where to sit outside and room wa very bare bones.
