Pros:

Large and clean room.Very helpful and positive gays on reception. You can easily go to the centre of the city 25 minutes to walk.

Займитесь хотя бы уборкой номеров, начните контролировать! Своих денег вообще не стоит!

Cons:

Не работает вытяжка в ванной комнате, нет шторы для душа, в итоге вся вода по всей душевой, в комнате ползают муравьи, номер убираю отвратительно, можно сказать, что не убирают, телевидение работает плохо

Pros:

Not all the staff was friendly, but the night shift guy (I missed his name) was very friendly and we had a great conversation about Armenia, their history, the parade they had the same day.

Cons:

You get what you pay for - it's more of a house than a hotel. It's a bit old though, so the rooms and bathrooms have to be renovated. Old pictures simce 2017/18 when they were recognized by booking.com as one of the best destinations.

(Far from) capital hotel
Pros:

Large room. Decent view from balcony.

Cons:

Location far from city center
Facilities did not work - tv, hair dryer, pool was not open.
Many stairs before the main entrance.
Loud music across the street every night until 11pm
Dogs barking outside all night every night.
