Very kind people who help you a lot
Pros:

My stay in Capital Hotel was delight, which has most to do with the very friendly personnel. They arranged a taxi driver to get me from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night after my arrival, helped me with getting my bearings in Yerevan and arranged transport and all kinds of other stuff and even helped me when I needed a last minute extra night stay after a very bad experience at Casa Emilio hostel (don't go there, the owner is an absolute jerk!). The pool is a nice bonus as well. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Отличный отель по соотношению цена-качество :) Прекрасный, внимательный персонал, без стресса подождали, пока мы поменяем деньги на местную валюту, чтобы оплатить номер, подсказали, как добраться до центра на общественном транспорте и т.д. однозначно лайк! Хорошее месторасположение отеля. Внутри уютно, красивая территория с бассейном и лежакми, рядом есть отличное кафе и небольшие магазины.
Отель и его хозяева очень гостеприимные как и сама Армения! Большое спасибо! Обязательно приедем еще :)

Cons:

Из небольших минусов - хорошая слышимость, действительно ощущаешь "хлопанье дверью" от соседей, но, это, к сожалению, беда многих отелей :) и слабоватый wi-fi (если вам надо работать удаленно, как мне, может не потянуть).

Great stay for a huge group
Pros:

We stayed here as a group of 17 people, and our experience was excellent. Despite having six rooms, check-in took only about two minutes thanks to the staff’s great organization. We arrived late at night, but the 24/7 front desk receptionist welcomed us warmly.

The pool was clean and relaxing, and although the rooms were small, they were comfortable and the beds were excellent. The location was convenient, and the hotel grounds were quiet and pleasant.

We would be happy to stay here again. Many thanks to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Relaxing and comfortable hotel, great location
Pros:

Quiet, clean, comfortable, and relaxing hotel. Fantastic view of the canyon, the river, and the very top of the mountain Ararat from the windows and balcony. A/C works fine. Friendly and helpful staff. My request for room service not every day, but once every three days was accommodated. Refrigerator and kettle in the room made it easy to make my own breakfast. A walk to the metro station is short, with two grocery stores and several cafes on the way.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a divider/ curtain between the shower and the toilet, a rubber mat in the shower, a towel mat, and a shelf above the sink. A better arrangement for kettle is needed- a longer cord or another plug, so boiling water won’t be close to the computer’s place on the desk. Internet doesn’t work good. A restaurant down in the canyon can be loud in the evening but it is quiet late at night.

Pros:

Personál skvělý, dokonce nás ubytovali už v 10h ráno po nočním letu, když se jim uvolnil pokoj, za mne naprosto skvělý cca 2km od centra

В общем-то хороший отель, за свою цену. Вежливый персонал, готовый всегда прийти на помощь. Удобное расположение - до центра города пешком минут 15.

Cons:

Есть несколько мелочей, для исправления которых не нужно много денег, но они сразу бы улучшили впечатление от отеля:
- Среднее качество сантехники - душ лил во все стороны, а не куда нужно. Бачок унитаза постоянно течет и поэтому плохо смывает.
- очень старая и грязная шторка душа.
- облупивгаяся штукатурка на стенах в холле отеля и на лестницах над бассейном.

Не понятно почему нельзя пользоваться бассейном после 22:00 ? Как раз в это время постояльцы возвращаются из города и хотят освежиться в бассейне.

Cons:

Полное отсутствие звукоизоляции! Унитаз не закреплён и качается, дверь в ванную комнату скрипит и просела её надо поднимать вверх, чтобы закрыть туалет, входная дверь в номер очень скрипит надо элементарно смазать маслом петли.
