Pros:

Hotel w niezłej lokalizacji - 25-30 minut od centrum, ale okolica jest przyjemna i bezpieczna. Bardzo ładny widok z okna / balkonu - przy dobrej widoczności widać wierzchołek Araratu. Obsługa była sympatyczna, profesjonalna i pomocna.

Cons:

Łazienka - prysznic nie jest oddzielony od reszty łazienki nawet kotarką, co sprzyja zalewaniu łazienki. W toalecie panował bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Nie ma room service w trakcie pobytu - przy tygodniowym pobycie to trochę problematyczne.

A good walk from the city centre
Pros:

The hotel was in a quiet area and there was always someone on duty at the front desk which helped to make the stay feel more secure. The room was cleaned on request to a good standard with toiletries replenished. On a clear day it was possible to see the top of Mount Ararat. Credit card payment went through ok. There's a nice cafe in nearby Lovers' park

Cons:

A bedside lamp would have been good and also a towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy rather than hanging towels on the door. The hotel is a good distance out. For a brisk walker the hotel is about 20/25 minutes walk to France Square where it is possible to catch the airport bus.

Ничего, не бронируйте этот отель. Не стоит своих денег вообще

Cons:

Начну с персонала, который абсолютно не выполняют свою работу. Только спят!
За 6 дней не сделали бы уборки ни разу, пока я в последний день не уточнила. Попросила один раз. Не пришли. Попросила второй мне говорят, а вы просили?
Время начала завтрака 09.00. Заказывать надо заранее. Об этом при заселении никто не сообщает.
Номер грязный, страшный. В ванной бегают муравьи.
Чай кофе даже не могли положить.
Очень шумно за окном до поздна с ресторана музыка

Pros:

Room size was ok.

Cons:

No lifts and a lot of stairs on the way to the room. The hotel is on the hill, so you need to walk a couple of floors down to reception and than walk up again to your floor.

The room could do with some renovation. There was a damp smell coming from the bathroom.

Great value in Yerevan
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The pool was very small but clean and refreshing.

Cons:

My room was just around the corner from reception so I could hear the phone ringing and people walking through. Overhead shower was slightly broken and leaking from one corner.
