Os quartos eram amplos, limpos e confortáveis. O recepcionista que nos atendeu foi extremamente gentil, educado e fez o possível para tentar nos ajudar durante toda a situação.

Cons:

Nossa experiência com a gerência foi péssima. Apesar de termos uma reserva, fomos colocados em uma situação extremamente desagradável e acabamos sendo obrigados a pagar um valor adicional para não ficarmos sem um lugar para dormir naquela noite. A gerente foi muito mal-educada, não demonstrou qualquer interesse em resolver o problema, sequer olhou para nós durante a conversa e nos tratou com total falta de respeito e empatia. Em contraste, o recepcionista foi atencioso e tentou ajudar dentro do que estava ao seu alcance, mas a decisão da gerência tornou a experiência extremamente frustrante.

It was ok.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. The toaster didn’t work but other than that the food selection was good.

Cons:

The bathroom door stuck and was hard to close and was noisy!
