Cons:

We didnt like that there was no Housekeeping service during our stay for 4 nights, no fresh towels, no room tidy and no updating toiletries.

The location was fabulous ,scenery was amazing. Great food.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting and staff are so well trained.
Pros:

The staff were all so friendly and nothing was a problem. The service by all floor staff and bar staff was excellent. Food was really good.

Really beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Great pints of Guinness too!

The stay for a couple who don't get away to ofter was amazing and very enjoyable.
Pros:

Receptionist was welcoming and greeted us with warmth and informed us about breakfast. She told us where the best walks were and really set up our stay. Smokehouse was amazing food cooked exactly as we ordered staff attentive and very helpful.

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and we will definitely return. Staff were amazing.
