Pros:

Hôtel situé près de l'aéroport avec un service de navette idéal pour un transit. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable!!!

Cons:

Mauvaise prise en charge à l'aéroport, la personne était occupé avec un autre client et n'avait visiblement pas contacté l'hôtel au premier contact.

空港から近く送迎が24時間だったこと。無料の飲料水があった。

Cons:

Good stay, no complaints.
Pros:

Was on a transit, so spent just a night. Very friendly staff and helpful - but that's Thailand for you, good spread on the breakfast, timely shuttle pick up and drop. Free and reliable wifi, as I didn't want to pick up a sim card for a 12 hr layover.

Cons:

Given it's within a mile of the airport, flights 24/7 are a thing.. Nothing the hotel can do anything about, if one choses to book close by. The bed however are rock hard! Early check-in for a fee even you're an hour early.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and the room was ok

Cons:

I only put a low score as I felt that I was scammed by one of the worker there. I asked him to help me finding a vape, he did went to buy 2 vapes for me and charged me 2 000 000 THB which is $85 aud.
I did not appreciate that at all
