Dobre położenie hotelu, blisko promenady i plaży, super aquapark

Cons:

śniadanie bez szału, wybór i jakość produktów, jak w 3 gwiazdkowym pensjonacie, obsługa pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Abstrakcyjne zasady otrzymywania ręczników plażowych, trzeba odstać swoje w kolejce, by .... zostawić kaucje za ręczniki. Nie dość, że traktują Ciebie, jak potencjalnego złodzieja, to jeszcze nie rozumieją, że mając zagwarantowaną kartą kredytową rezerwację z booking.com, kompletnym non sensem jest pobieranie dodatkowej kaucji

Rozczarowanie – „widok na morze” praktycznie nie istnieje

Basen i sauna na ostatnim piętrze REWELACJA

Cons:

Zdecydowaliśmy się na droższy pokój typu Suite, ponieważ przy wyborze pokoju istotnym argumentem był widok na morze. Z informacji dotyczących tej kategorii wynikało, że Suite ma zapewniać widok na morze, w przeciwieństwie do tańszych pokoi oferujących jedynie widok boczny.
Rzeczywistość okazała się zupełnie inna. Z naszego pokoju praktycznie nie widać morza. Zdecydowaną większość widoku zajmują sąsiednie budynki, a morze można dostrzec jedynie jako niewielki fragment po prawej stronie, pomiędzy innymi budynkami

W tej sytuacji trudno zrozumieć sens dopłacania do droższego pokoju. Równie dobrze można zarezerwować tańszy pokój z „bocznym widokiem na morze”, bo właśnie taki – w najlepszym razie – widok otrzymaliśmy w Suite.
Jeżeli wybieracie ten hotel głównie ze względu na widok, zdecydowanie radzę dobrze sprawdzić konkretny pokój przed dopłatą. Sam napis „widok na morze” najwyraźniej niewiele gwarantuje.

Das Essen war super und lecker, die Lage ist perfekt: sehr nah am Meeres Strand und zur bekannten Promenade.

Große Enttäuschung

Leider in keinerlei Weise 5-Sterne Standard. Die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die nicht funktionieren, zeugen von Nachlässigkeit und Desinteresse: die Balkontür war blockiert und ließ sich nicht öffnen; ein Kopfkissen war verschimmelt; die Bettlampe war kaputt und hing ins Gesicht; die Verdeckung für die Einlasskarte war abgefallen und niemand hat sie wieder angebracht; die (überwiegend männlichen) Rezeptionisten waren durchaus unfreundlich. Das ganz große Manko: Der Frühstückraum war gefühlt organisiert wie eine Schweinefütterung. Vollkommen überfüllt, mit drängelnden Menschen, überschwappenden Getränken, zu wenigen Kaffeemaschinen (keine Bedienung), und fehlenden Sitzplätzen. Hatte man einen Sitzplatz ergattert, saß einem der Nachbar fast auf dem Schoß. Die Lautkulisse hat ein ruhiges Frühstück unmöglich gemacht. Absolut keine Empfehlung!
