Cons:

Moja 85 letnia mama poruszająca się o kulach w dniu 18 lipca podczas śniadania usiadła na krześle, które po krótkimćczasie zarwało się, a mama spadła na podłogę i tylko cudem skończyło się na siniakach. Zero empatii, zero reakcji hotelu, zero zadoścuczynienia. No nie jesteście przygotowani do takich sytuacji.

Great accommodation, outstanding breakfast!
Pros:

We booked 2 rooms, both were really nice. One had a sea view which was lovely, one had an amazing balcony. We also brought our dog and he got a little gift which was a nice touch. The standout thing for us was the breakfast - it was exceptional - there was so much choice! The beaches were close, lovely and dog friendly!

Cons:

The resort was busy and it was slightly hard to understand where to park at first but reception was very helpful and it was easy to get away from the crowds in the town.

Cons:

Leider war der Meerblick nicht das was wir uns gewünscht hatten, aber das wäre jetzt meckern auf höchsten Niveau....(4.Etage zum Parkplatz) sieht man nicht wirklich viel.
Hotel ist gut, kann man mit ruhigen Gewissen empfehlen. Nähe zum Strand, super.

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer in der 12. Etage und der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer war traumhaft schön! Es war super sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Der sehr teure Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Urlaub
Pros:

Der Meerblick vom Balkon und sogar von den Betten aus dem 12. Stock ist traumhaft.
Die 14. Etage mit Pool, Bar, Sky Walk und Sonnenliegen rundet einen Sommerurlaub perfekt ab.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Leider ist der Frühstücksraum zu jeder Zeit voll ausgelastet und sehr laut. Bei voller Auslastung des Hotels sollte man überdenken, ob man den Gästen des Baltic Parks ebenfalls ein Frühstücksangebot machen sollte. An unserem letzten Tag stand eine Schlange von über 20 Menschen vor dem Raum.

Luxurious stay at the beautiful Polish coast with small hiccups
Pros:

Great hotel at a beautiful location. We’ve stayed in one of the Apartments on the 10th floor with a fantastic sea view. That has been an amazing choice - great for a family with kids, the private breakfast area on the 13th floor was a nice perk.
The free 1 hour access to the aqua park was a great way to spend some rainy time with the kids.

Overall it felt like a very luxurious stay at a top class hotel on the Polish coast.

Cons:

We’ve experienced issues with our AC in the bathroom, which would flood our furniture every night. While this has been reported and “fixed” every day, it felt like everyone knew it’s a known problem that won’t be resolved.
For 300EUR/night room I would have expected better handling of this kind of situation.

Wir haben den Urlaub in ihrem Hotel genossen und kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage an der Strandpromenade und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt.
Das Hotel hat viel zu bieten: 1 Stunde freier Eintritt in den Aquapark pro Tag, Fitnessstudio, ein sehr schönes Café auf der 13. Etage und eine auf der 14. Etage einen kleinen Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Sonnenliegen mit einem super Blick auf die Ostsee! Toll!
Haben wir genossen!
Die Zimmer prima! Alles sauber und gepflegt! Das Frühstück ein Traum, alles da was das Herz begehrt! Und das Personal topp, sehr herzlich und freundlich! Bitte weiter so!

Gern wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und die Auswahl ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer sauber, die Lage direkt am Strand ist fast unschlagbar in Swinemünde.

Cons:

Es ist ein sehr großes und beliebtes Haus, daher kann es beim Frühstück sehr voll werden, es kann länger dauern bis ein Fahrstuhl kommt und die anderen Gäste sucht man sich nicht aus :) . Trotzdem ein tolles Hotel.
