Wypad na weekend dla pary - rewelacja!
Pros:

Radisson Blu Resort w Świnoujściu to miejsce, które bardzo łatwo ocenić wysoko, ale znacznie trudniej opisać jednym zdaniem, bo tutaj po prostu wiele elementów złożyło się na naprawdę świetny pobyt.

Zacznę od pokoju, bo ten zrobił największe pierwsze wrażenie. 13. piętro i widok na morze to połączenie, które samo w sobie potrafi zbudować klimat całego wyjazdu. Panorama była absolutnie fantastyczna — szczególnie rano i wieczorem, kiedy Bałtyk wyglądał jeszcze bardziej efektownie. Pokój był komfortowy, bardzo dobrze przygotowany i dawał dokładnie to poczucie jakości, którego oczekuje się od hotelu tej klasy.

Kuchnia? Zdecydowanie jeden z najmocniejszych punktów pobytu. Bardzo duży wybór, wysoka jakość produktów, świetne przygotowanie i dbałość o szczegóły. Nie było tutaj wrażenia masowej hotelowej gastronomii, tylko naprawdę solidnego poziomu, który spokojnie może być jednym z powodów, żeby wrócić.

Równie dobrze oceniam obsługę. Profesjonalna, uprzejma, sprawna i obecna dokładnie wtedy, kiedy była potrzebna. Bez przesadnej sztywności, ale też bez najmniejszego poczucia przypadkowości. Taki balans naprawdę robi różnicę.

Całość tworzy hotel, który broni się nie jednym efektownym elementem, ale konsekwentnie wysokim poziomem praktycznie wszędzie. Pokój, widok, jedzenie, obsługa i ogólna atmosfera były dokładnie takie, jakich oczekuje się od obiektu z tej półki.

Wyjechaliśmy z bardzo dobrym wrażeniem i poczuciem, że był to pobyt zdecydowanie wart swojej ceny.

A widok z 13. piętra na morze? Cud, miód i malina. Naprawdę trudno o lepsze zakończenie dnia niż patrzenie z góry na Bałtyk i świadomość, że tym razem wybór hotelu był strzałem w dziesiątkę.

Byliśmy rok temu, byliśmy w tym roku, będziemy za rok.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand und zur Promenade.
Sehr leckerer Kuchen im Cafe in der 13. Etage.

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal im Frühstücksrestaurant beteiligt sich sehr aktiv an der Lautstärke beim Abräumen und Stapeln des Geschirr.
Die Kippe auf dem Balkon. Zimmerreiningung erst nach Beschwerde, die Karte an der Tür wurde falsch gelesen.
Das Fitnsessstudio ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Bei Auschecken haben wir erfahren, das auch das Studio des Hilton hätte mitgenutzt werden können

Die Lage des Hotel ist super. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.

Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte sehr angespannt und leider auch nicht besonders freundlich. Ein weiteres Problem war die Verständigung an der Rezeption . Während unserer Ankunft wurde dort ausschließlich Englisch gesprochen.Da wir gemeinsam mit unseren Eltern gereist sind, die über 75 Jahre alt sind und nur wenig Englisch verstehen, war es für sie kaum möglich , ihre Anliegen (defekte Klimaanlage) selbständig vorzutragen. Besonders unangenehm war die Situation mit der Klimaanlage. Obwohl diese auf 22° C eingestellt war, kühlte sie das Zimmer automatisch bis auf 17°C herunter. Leider konnte die Störung auch nicht kurzfristig behoben werden, da kein Techniker zur verfügung stand. Erst nach 2 Tagen wurde die Klimaanlage schließlich manuell außer Betrieb genommen. Wir hatte ein Zimmer Superior mit Meerblick gebucht. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein Zimmer in der 6. Etage mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns sinngemäß signalisiert , dass es besser sei direkt über das Hotel zu buchen, da man dann ein besseres Zimmer erhalten würde.

Die Bademäntel waren für uns zu klein. Es gab keine größeren.
