Hotelul este amplasat destul de bine, are view frumos asupra orașului, patul destul de comod.

Cons:

TV ul din camera nu funcționa cum trebuie, cablul de semnal trebuia fixat într-o poziție anume ca să te poți uita la tv. Nu am putut accesa funcțiile smart. Adaptorul de wi fi nu exista în tv. Am sunat la recepție și mi au zis ca nu exista un alt adaptor pentru ca in camera noastră modelul de TV este mai vechi. Cam atât a fost, nu am primit o soluție. Wi fi ul este extrem de prost, după 30 de minute trebuie sa te deconectezi și apoi sa te conectezi iar. Este inadmisibil in 2026 sa ai parte de asa ceva. Panoul de siguranțe fin camere face un sunet extrem de enervant pe timpul nopții. Am visat toată noaptea ca am o albină în camera....

Great location & breakfast - nice hotel and value for money
Pros:

Great location with walking access to Old Town (note this is down a fairly steep hill), on the way to Poiana, and not far from shopping centres Coresi and AFI.
Lovely view over the city from our balcony.
Breakfast is always a delicious and high quality selection with seating both inside and outdoors.
Swimming pool is usually not busy which is good.
Plenty of free parking available.

Cons:

We have stayed here a number of times before and never had any issues but we unfortunately had a couple of encounters with some unfriendly and even a quite rude member of staff this time (note this is not towards them all, there are plenty of friendly and helpful staff too!)
There are also now a lot of black marks that look like mould on the swimming pool floor and walls.
The bathroom was rather small, a bit difficult to use with two people getting ready.

Eigentlich gar nichts

Cons:

Die Klima hat nicht funktioniert. Alles weit weg von vier Sternen. Das Zimmer lag an einer Strasse wo rennnen gemacht wurden. Eine Hochzeit hat bewirkt das ich weit weg parken musste. Usw. Eigentlich eine volle Katastrophe. Werde hier nicht mehr buchen.

Our room was spacious

Cons:

Our flight from UK had us arrive at the hotel at 9.45pm local time (7.45 for us).
We were told the kitchen closed at 10pm so no meal and no room service either! No other facilities nearby.
We had spent 20 minutes trying to find somewhere to park our rental car. It was a Saturday, there was a wedding on and guests had taken all the parking. We had to park some way down the hill and walk back in the dark.
Our upgraded room put us right next to a loud drinks bar area.
We returned 2 weeks later to pick up an item we left there. It was 2.30 pm, so we thought we might as well get a lunch snack there - but kitchen closed again. We went elsewhere. It's poorly run, lacking full hotel services and very young, nice, but poorly trained staff. It looks like a high grade hotel but does not deliver. It's more just a wedding / party facility.
