Great Stay, Great hotel.
Pros:

Nice location. Clean. The room/bathroom set up was awesome. Different than I’ve had. Love it.

Cons:

I was a little confused about how to get the the front desk, but that was cause we came in from the parking garage and didn’t come in from the front street. The sign on the table must have gotten turned by someone so it looked like we need to walk down the hall instead of taking the elevator down. I never been in a hotel that had floors L and LL so when it said go to L I thought that’s where we were. So partly my fault.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Awesome area! We loved the hotel and we were within walking distance to fun restaurants as well.

Not worth it.
Pros:

The hotel is set up poorly and it ends up being a lot of walking and going up/down floors. They charge $10 a night to park in the their attached parking lot, I’d understand it if it were downtown but at this location it felt ridiculous. There was a lot of noise and it could be easily heard both from the hallway and the upstairs unit.

Loved the staff. Had a hiccup with some weather and they were so understanding and the GM was so nice

Nice hotel. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Location and parking were excellent. Very clean. Beds and linens were nice, very well-kept property.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal and not appealing or sufficient. Front desk staff were helpful but did not go above and beyond. I also wish they would replace the barn doors to the bathrooms, or darken the door panel, or implement night lights; when a person gets up to use the bathroom during the night everyone in the room is woken up by the bright light in the bathroom flooding the entire room.

Visit Lenexa for Business
Pros:

This is the second visit to this hotel and it was as good as the first. Everyone who I’ve met at the front desk is awesome. The location is great with plenty of great restaurants around. The rooms are very clean, room attendants are courteous and get you whatever you need. Free breakfast with many offerings but if I have to add one thing here the eggs were not real warm and the coffee was not very hot only on one morning. That’s a one half that can happen anywhere.

Frustrating, but it’s in a great location
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind

Cons:

The fact when I called to confirm the dates I was staying after I booked the incorrect dates (14th-15th) and I stated hey we are booked the (15-16) the hotel staff confirmed that the 15-16 was correct. Then whenever I got there and our reservation was wrong and we requested a refund it was denied even though hotel staff confirmed the wrong information. I will say even through out this process though the staff was very understanding and kind.
