El parque acuatico

La limpieza mal, el bufet escaso , poco control alergias, habitaciones sucias, bien parque acuático
En general todo,personal, instalaciones, buffet,animadores....
El hotel súper nuevo, limpio, la comida muy rica, con gente muy agradable.
Por poner una pega la wifi, no había wifi en la habitación y en varios sitios del hotel.
0 aglomeraciones, comodidad, piscinas. Todo un acierto
Cierre de aquapark más bien temprano
El trato del personal, especialmente de Gele, David, Jesús y Merchi.
Al entrar me encontré varios pelos en el suelo del baño
La facilidad que tenía todo y la seguridad que te trasmite el personal,en todo momento atento a nuestras necesidades
La animación en si de personal genial pero había poca para los niños
Las instalaciones del parque acuático
La comida del buffet muy repetitiva, casi todos los días había lo mismo.
A la entrada del buffet se formaban colas, solo había una persona para registrar la entrada de los comensales y tenía q cruzar el pasillo para ocuparse también del cobro a los comensales que salían.
La llegada el primer día fue un poco mala, la persona que nos atendió no se explicó muy bien y hubo confusiones en varias cosas.

El hotel no estaba limpio,el parking caro sucio y maloliente,,servicio de habitaciones deficiente(falta limpieza y cambio de sábanas y toallas),comida mejorable(poco personal para atender en el comedor
Toboganes súper chulos
El suelo de la zona común de piscina daba mucha calor al ser hormigón … no había hamacas para todos. Mucha gente sentada en hormigón ya que la zona de césped era escasa.
Instalaciones, personal.
El ruido por la noche me parece excesivo. Hay que mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones. Y controlar que tanto los niños no estén jugando por los pasillos de las habitaciones a altas horas de la noche, como que en las terrazas algunos padres estén de jarana de madrugada. Hay mucha gente que se le olvida lo que es convivir. También creo que deberían impedir que el humo de las barbacoas del comedor vaya a las habitaciones, por la tarde a la hora de la cena era imposible estar en las terrazas de ese lado y la ropa tendida a secar terminaba oliendo a humo.
