Que falta de profesionalidad

Gran falta de profesionalidad en el personal.
No nos supieron informar que actividades hacer en la zona y nos marchamos a otra ciudad.
No había casi nada de lo que ponía en el menú del restaurante.. El camarero no se enteraba.
Nos pidieron q les especificáramos la hora del desayuno y al llegar no estaba y nos hicieron perder un autobús.
No hicieron el amago de intentar ayudar con las maletas. Allí había mucha gente q parecía no hacer nada.
Las instalaciones están descuidadas y faltas limpieza.. En su momento sería un buen hotel. Hoy no lo recomiendo.

peaceful and stress free
Pros:

The hotel was close to the beach and there were many landmark around it so it was very convenient also the hotel has 10/10 food and they had loads of options which just made our holiday even better

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

Pros:

Enjoyed the view from the top floor. Room was okay. No view. Had no water for 15 minutes while showering. Water pressure was apparently shut off which they fixed. Great location to get into the city. Beautiful temple right outside.

Nice balcony with a vue to the see. We liked it and ended up booking two more days. Staff helped with transport.

Cons:

No hot water in the room. A bit far from the main turisty spots, but the hotel helped to arrange a tuk-tuk to take us there. There was a lot of noise during the night because of barking dogs and a temple right across the street with a Bell starting 5.30 a.m.
