직원에 따라 인사를 하기도 하고 하지 않기도 하는 등 응대에 일관성이 없었고, 전반적으로 표정이나 태도도 친절하다는 느낌을 받기 어려웠습니다.

물론 모든 직원에게 지나친 친절함이나 상냥함을 바라는 것은 아니지만, 호텔리어라면 기본적인 응대는 갖춰야 한다고 생각합니다. 일부 직원들의 감정이 그대로 드러나는 듯한 태도 때문에 머무는 동안 여러 번 불편함을 느꼈고, 이 부분이 가장 아쉬웠습니다.
