Pros:

お部屋、設備、朝食は過不足なくシンプルかつ快適に利用出来ました。メールでの問合せやタクシーの依頼などもすぐに対応して下さり、安心して泊まれました。

Cons:

連泊でしたが室内清掃は不要と伝えた時に「部屋には入ってゴミ捨てと備品の補充はします」と聞いたのですが、帰ってみると補充はありましたがゴミはそのままでした。他の部屋の方は外にゴミを出されていたので、そこは説明が欲しかったです。

期待以上の満足な宿泊になった。
Pros:

部屋や大浴場など、全体的にとても綺麗だったのがよかった。
いろんなところにルートンがいて、ルートンの可愛さに癒される。

Cons:

ランドリーが混んでいたので、もう一台あるとよかった。

朝食の種類が豊富で美味しい

Cons:

コインランドリーが洗濯と乾燥が別々だったので、2往復する必要があった。ドラム式だと1回で済むので時間に余裕が出来る。

朝ごはんのスタッフさんは、団体のお客様で大変な中でもテキパキと働かれていて。
最後に行ってらっしゃいと声を掛けてくれました。
暖かかったッス

Cons:

喫煙の部屋は匂いがキツかったです。
ベッドのカバーは、お客様毎に変えるべきだと思います。
