i never check in this hotel,they call me and ask me to cancel this booking because the room already full ! but i already book the room and pay full payment ! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!

i never check in this hotel,i already booking room then one of their staff call me to cancel booking because the room already full,i already pay full payment but when i request refund the property ignore they said booking.com system problem,the system booking.com will not open room if staff in their property alert for this situation ! i very disappointed for your service ! your hospitality is very bad !!!
