Un bel soggiorno in una piazza tranquilla
Pros:

L'Hotel si trova a Herent, in una bella piazza silenziosa vicino a una chiesa, e a 1 min da una fermata del bus che porta nella vicina cittadina universitaria Leuven. Posizione, dunque, ottima.
La camera era molto confortevole e spaziosa, e decisamente pulita.

Cons:

La camera era molto calda, anche con l'aria condizionata.

In general everything check in rooms and beds

Cons:

Our neighbors where loud smoked in the hallway or right next to the emergency exit. It lasted till around 3 am in the morning. We informed the checkout staff but it seems that nothing happend or any compensation was considered.

Pros:

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Alles wat ik nodig had voor een zakelijke overnachting. Heel netjes.
Ontbijt kon reeds om 06:30!

Functioneel verblijf dicht bij locatie UZ Leuven waar we moesten zijn voor controle.
Pros:

Ontbijt 15 euro pp, goed verzorgd, op tijd bijgevuld. 3 soorten vleeswaar, kaas, gekookte eieren.Fruit, sappen. koffie beetje slap. thee diverse ontbjjtgranen. Yoghurt, zoet broodbeleg, divers brood en broodjes.croissants. De service, mijn dochter is rolstoelgebonden en kon de oorspronkelijk geboekte kamer wegens de 3 traptreden niet betrekken. Zij kreeg zonder extra bijbetaling een grote luxe kamer op de etage die met lift,zonder de trapjes, te bereiken was. Die kamer had zelfs koffie en thee faciliteiten.

Cons:

tegenvallen is een te groot woord. Kamers waren erg warm en heel verschillend. Niet de vermelding dat sommige kamers vanwege ligging - 3 traptreden op en weer af, moeilijk te bereiken zijn voor mensen met een klein gebrek. Er is wel een kleine lift naar de verdiepingen.

Pros:

Het restaurant is van uitstekende kwaliteit, de bediening is heel vriendelijk. Ligging in het centrum doet heel nostalgisch aan, waarbij de mooie 'Onze Lieve Vrouw' kerk prominent aanwezig is. Kamers variëren van voldoende groot tot erg ruim.

Cons:

Gedurende warme zomermaanden zou een airco op de kamer welkom zijn. Het ontbijt is goed met voldoende keus, maar mijn favoriet 'spek met ei' is wat karig. Koffie mag iets sterker zijn.

De minpuntjes waren niet onoverkomelijk (enkel de airconditioning mocht wel beter) en heb al bij al van een comfortabel

Mooie, verzorgde grote kamer en badkamer.
Lekker en voor een juiste prijs gegeten in het restaurant ‘s avonds.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel en bediening.

Cons:

Er stond een bad/douche in de badkamer, maar de dop ontbrak om een bad te kunnen nemen.
Er was een mini-koelkast aanwezig, maar deze stond uit en kon ik niet aanzetten om drank in te koelen.
Er was een mobiele airco aanwezig, maar bijlange niet krachtig genoeg om de grote kamer te verkoelen (en maakte ook veel lawaai).

Prima dorpshotel aan kerkplein
Pros:

Leuk gelegen aan kerkplein in Herent. Prima ruime kamer op zolderverdieping. Supergroot bed waar je haast in verdwaalt. Bad met regendouche. Zelfs aan koffie en thee op de kamer is gedacht. Ontbijt continentaal, prima! Elektrisch laden voor de auto op 150 meter!

Cons:

Personeel spreekt slecht (of niet) Nederlands, trappenhuis is slecht verlicht (vooral op 3e etage). En jongens, filterkoffie bij het ontbijt is toch niet meer van deze tijd: koop een bonenmachine zodat je 's ochtends ook cappuccino kunt serveren

Tolle Location und freundliches Personal, der Service könnte noch besser werden.
Pros:

Das Zimmer direkt mit Blick auf die Kirche war unbeschreiblich schön. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Angestellten waren freunlich.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war der Apfelsaft schlecht und einige Komponenten fehlten bereits. Allerdings wurden uns auf Nachfrage frische Eier zubereitet und frischer Apfelsaft geholt. Im obersten Fach war der Schrank leider stark verstaubt. Bademäntel und Regenschirme gab es leider nicht.
