Nice but could be better
Pros:

The area is really good

Cons:

It’s was fine but the room we got didn’t have a small fridge, so it’s not possible to keep anything cold, there’s no water heater, and there’s no air conditioning. There were no blinds either so we had to keep the windows wide open for some air but then it started raining. I also have a suspicion that while someone was cleaning the bathroom, they dropped my makeup which possibly touched the floor when it broke, which would be nice to know for hygiene purposes. The bathroom shower door was broken and the bathroom didn’t ventilate well and it smelled bad for the pipes.

Super Lage zur Lanxes Arena

Cons:

Sehr schmutziges Zimmer, Dusche schimmelig, Toilette sehr schmutzig, Toilettendeckel wackelig/kaputt, Heizkörper Bad rostig und dreckig, Teppichboden schmutzig, Spiegel gebrochen und mit Klebeband gesichert, Frühstück nicht ansprechend und nicht gekühlt, kaum Auswahl und definitiv keine 20€ pro Person wert, Parkplätze katastrophal eng und nur für Kleinwagen gut befahrbar. Auch hier mit 19,50€ viel zu teuer. Alles in Allem kostete nun eine Nacht mit Kind, Parkplatz und Frühstück 227€ und definitiv zu teuer!!!!

Een prima hotel voor als je onderweg bent of in de buurt naar een concert gaat.

Cons:

De gordijnrail op onze kamer was gedeeltelijk los van het plafond en verbogen. Dat was kennelijk "niet opgevallen" toen onze kamer werd klaargemaakt. En de bedden vonden wij een beetje zacht, kuil in het matras.

Das Personal und die Lage.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen. Für 130 Euro die Nacht erwarte ich schon , dass die Möbel intakt sind und das Licht funktioniert.
Auch die Tatsache dass man am Nachmittag nicht mal einen Kaffee bekommen kann finde ich nicht sehr zeitgemäß.
Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Pros:

Die LAGE IST SEHR RUHIG UND ANGENEHM. Die Zimmer und das Haus sind in die Jahre gekommen und einfach aber ordentlich. Frühstück einfach, aber in Ordnung - ein Joghurt wäre super gewesen. Zum Konzertbesuch in der Lanxess Arena super geeignet. Wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht auch die Stadtbesichtigung.

Cons:

Wir brauchen keinen Luxus, deswegen hat es für uns das einfache Hotel sehr gut gepasst.

Zentrale Lage und freundliches Personal

Cons:

Schmutziges Bad und fehlende Seife etc, verkeimter Duschkopf, erst nach Hinweis funktionierte der Fernseher

Pros:

Kedves kis szoba, pár perces séta távolságra az Arénától, a vasút állomás is közel van. (Busz, metró szintén pár perc) Nagyon tetszett, hogy egy kis csendes utcában található a hotel.

Cons:

Megszoktam, hogy általaban vízforraló és hűtő szokott a szobában lenni, itt ez nem volt. A zuhanyzó elég picike, nagyobb termettel ez kicsit problémás lehet.
