Für 1 Nacht total ausreichend, immer wieder gern.
Pros:

Der schnelle Check - In ohne Probleme mit Code. Es war warm im Zimmer und es war gemütlich. Warmes Wasser beim duschen, alles Super!

Cons:

Das Licht im Bad hat nicht funktioniert, nur das vom Spiegel. War dann beim Duschen etwas dunkel. Heizkörper sind sehr veraltet, aber haben trotzdem funktioniert.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, deswegen für eine Nacht ok
Pros:

- Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral.
-Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon.
-Eine Flasche Wasser gratis
-die Lanxess Arena ist fußläufig erreichbar

Cons:

-Die Matratzen sehr durch gelegen
-Nur ein Glas für zwei Gäste
- Es fehlt die Abstellfläche, beziehungsweise der Schreibtisch
-Das Zimmer wurde per Schlüssel von einer angestellten Person geöffnet. Mit Kommentar: „Ach der Schlüssel passt ja sogar.“ Das geht wirklich überhaupt nicht!!
-Auf dem Balkon ein nicht geleerter Aschenbecher mit Kippen
Das gebuchte Frühstück hätte für 20 € pro Person mehr Auswahl haben dürfen

Pros:

Gute Anbindung zur Stadt und zur LANXESS Arena, nette Umgebung

Cons:

Parksituation sehr eng, kein wlan, alles sehr spärlich ausgestattet, Frühstück unverschämt teuer und es lag sogar vergammeltes Brot drauf. Ebenso gibt es kaum Auswahl und dafür zahlt man 20€.

Das Hotel ist okay für einen Messebesuch.
Pros:

Optimale Lage für einen Besuch an der Köln-Messe, wie auch gute Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen mit der Bahn. Frühstückbuffet war gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind lieblos und etwas vernachlässigt, kaputtes Lampenglas, Vorhang ist zum Teil nicht in der Schiene fixiert. Der Hotelaussenbereich ist ungepflegt.
