Pros:

El precio, todo el mobiliario nuevo, las instalaciones, las comunicaciones con el transporte público, la lavandería, la limpieza, el rincón del dormitorio y el baño. También la Nespresso.

Cons:

El mínimo espacio que había para poder cocinar, el sofá era muy incómodo.

Sehr durchwachsenen, Hotel ist noch nicht soweit fertig, um Gäste zu beherbergen!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war so laut, das man Nachts nicht schlafen konnte wegen der Lüftung!!!!
Das zweite Zimmer war sehr kalt, die Heizung konnte man nicht höher drehen. Es hatte Nachts gefroren und ich musste in einem kalten Zimmer schlafen.
Mir wurde lediglich eine zweite Decke angeboten.

Unkomplizierter 7/24 Check in. Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Das Bett war etwas hart. Durch die direkte Lage an der S Bahn war es sehr laut. Das Handtuch war schmutzig.

Incredible value for a self service modern and efficient mini apartment. Great mini kitchen - with everything. Includes fridge microwave and a surprise dishwasher. Literally 10m from the S Bahn stop. Everything one wants to see is 30 minutes or so away on berlins beyond first class transit system. Plus was unexpectedly quiet place to stay.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clear how to dispose of items and recyclables. However the management provided direction when asked.

A great, accessible and fairly well priced option for a week in Berlin
Pros:

The apartment is very conveniently located next to Landsberger Allee SBahn station, which makes it incredibly easy to access the transport network and move around the city. The downside of this is the noise of the trains at night, if you want your window open. The apartment is clean and modern, and the little kitchen is great for preparing simple meals. There’s a supermarket just round the corner.

Cons:

The building felt very warm as the weather turned hotter. If you wanted to stay here in the middle of summer, and had to have the window open, it might be hard to sleep with the train noise, so bring ear plugs with you. There is a stand fan in the room if you had the windows closed. The mattress is quite hard. Also, they don’t provide a sponge to wash dishes and wipe the kitchen counter, which could be an easy fix.

Pros:

Host communication was initially responsive, but follow-up communication stopped after compensation was mentioned and later emails were not answered.

Cons:

The property was an active construction site (workers and NOISE) upon arrival, which was not communicated in advance. My room was supposed to be ready by 3 PM, but I was only able to access it after 4 PM, causing me to be late for an appointment. When entering the room, cleaning staff were still present, the floors were wet, and the room did not appear fully prepared. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I have had positive experiences with other Smartments locations, but this one was disappointing.

It was clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The temperature was too high and the thermostat was not adjustable. I reached out to the smartments people by email and whatsapp but they were of no help.
