Pros:

Great location just out the centre but with direct train. Stayed here before and return. Edgbaston is a great little hub of community. Went to the artisan market and the theatre. Breakfast was delicious and room airy.

Cons:

A very slight musty/damp smell but put it down to an old building

Excellent choice for any stay in Edgbaston.
Pros:

Excellent, well appointed room. Fabulous bed and sheets. Breakfast in the Pub is laudable for the choice and it being cooked to order, however was a little over cooked on this occasion. Very attentive staff providing excellent service.

Cons:

Not much. If they could find a way to register the car for the car park rather than having to go back to it with a "note" would be a slight improvement. Shelf in the bathroom needs adjusting as it is sloping towards the sink so items slid off.

Great place for an overnight stay in Birmingham.
Pros:

As we have stayed here many times before we were delighted with the room - large, spotless with a lovely bathroom. The accommodation is situated in leafy Edgbaston and within easy walking distance of the city centre and Utilita Arena. Breakfast is amazing and is served at the pub next door.

Cons:

On a personal note the bed was far too soft for me but I accept that that is very much a personal choice.
