V Spa's salt center is available at a surcharge for all guests.

V Spa's water center is closed on every month's first Monday for maintenance.

V Spa's wellness center is open on Monday–Saturday from 9:00–22:00 and on Sundays from 9:00–20:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

On the positive side, the hotel has a great location with plenty of shops, restaurants, and nice walking areas nearby. It is also comfortable for travelling with children, and there are many places around to eat and spend time. The area itself is very beautiful.

Cons:

Be careful when booking and check whether spa access is actually included in the price. At reception we were informed that the spa costs an extra €45 per room, which felt quite unreasonable considering hotel prices in Estonia. It was especially disappointing because we checked in on Sunday evening, while the spa closes at 8 PM, meaning we were expected to pay €45 for only about 1.5 hours of access.
Parking is also expensive at €25 per day.
Overall, the unexpected extra charges left a rather disappointing impression.

Brokastis bija lieliskās. Viesnīca atrodās netālu no vecpilsētas. Numuriņš bija tīrs, plašs. SPA arī bija labs.

The price is quite expensive, but in return you get a very beautiful and high-quality hotel and spa center.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, cozy, and the rooms feel like new. The breakfast was very delicious and the selection was excellent. The spa was also beautiful, clean, warm, and relaxing.
We didn’t like that parking cost an extra 25 euros per night. After check-out, it was no longer possible to stay in the spa area unless we paid extra for it.
