Best hotel in Malcesine
Pros:

Outstanding hotel, the facilities and room are always very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is amongst the most friendly and helpful we’ve ever seen they are always smiling and with a good attitude. Location is great, less than 10 minutes from the town and also from the beach. Breakfast is delicious, everything is fresh and well made. The hotel pool has an amazing view and it is also well maintained.
We were really happy with our choice, our stay felt really comfortable and stress free.

Idyllic!
Pros:

Fabulous location - a few minutes to lake front where you can catch a ferry to other towns. Beautiful 10 minute walk along promenade into town, restaurants and bars along the way. Gabbiano highly recommended for pizza and the view!
The staff at hotel were amazing! So friendly and helpful especially Fabio who kept us topped up with spritzs by the pool!
The hotel was spotless and the breakfast in the restaurant with the spectacular view was a great way to start each day.
Malcesine is so picturesque and quaint. We loved wandering around the little cobbled streets and seeing all the souvenir shops. The castle and Monte Baldo cable car are worth doing.
We are already looking at dates for next year.

Das Personal und der Service waren Top. Ebenfalls die Lage und nicht zu vergessen, das Frühstück.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, möglicherweise könnte man auf dem Balkon einen Wäscheständer haben, um die Badesachen zu trocknen.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war genial, genau was wir uns erhofft hatten! Grandioser Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücks-Buffet, ebenfalls auf toller Terasse mit Seeblick. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt von Malcesine.

Cons:

Wenn man pingelig sein will.. Das Pool könnte ev. länger geöffnet sein, war aber kein wirkliches Problem. Man hört die Straße, was aber vermutlich bei den meisten zentrumsnahen Hotels so ist. Uns hat es nicht sonderlich gestört. Ansonsten wirklich alle tip top!

Excellent hotel with superb staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. The room was lovely and very clean, although the view was slightly disappointing looking out onto a wall with trees above. This didn't detract from the positive aspects of our stay though. The breakfast buffet was superb and the evening meal was absolutely delicious, we did only use the restaurant once though as were out exploring Malcesine and its many restaurants.

Cons:

The only thing I would change about the room would be to have a kettle facility for coffee in the morning and to use the fridge as a mini bar (ours was empty).

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine optimale Lage mit Blick auf den See. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, sauber & zumindest in unserem Fall auch groß. Beim Frühstück gab es genug Auswahl inklusive frisch zubereiteten Eiern für jeden Einzelnen. Bis zur Stadt sind es ca. 10min Fußweg an der Promenade des Sees entlang. Parkplätze stehen oberhalb des Hotels genügend zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Das einzig „Negative“- die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort vom Nachbarn.

Ich würde das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat für 3 Sterne unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, ob herzhaft, süß, Joghurt, Obst oder Müsli.
Wir hatten ein Apartment, das war sehr großzügig. Allerdings lag der Balkon direkt über der Straße und es war dadurch etwas lauter. Aber der Ausblick über den Gardasee und auf die Berge hat entschädigt.
Auch der Pool und Gartenbereich waren sehr schön, obwohl auch da die Autos zu hören waren. Aber als "Stadtmenschen" hat uns das nicht allzu sehr gestört.
Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
Vom Hotelchef hatten wir eine Einladung um Wissenswertes über Land, Leute und die Arbeit der Olivenbauern zu erfahren. Die Besichtigung einer Ölmühle und eine Verkostung haben den Ausflug zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
Wir sind mit vielen schönen Erlebnissen nach Hause gefahren und kommen mit Sicherheit nochmal in dieses Hotel zurück.
