Pros:

Pros:

Сподобалось все: вид з балкону прямо на озеро, кожен день прибирання , ввічливий та уважний персонал ,гарне розташування . Особливо дякую дівчині, що працює офіціантом біля басейну , сервіс на вищому рівні )

Cons:

Сніданки були на 7/10. (Суто для мене)

Amazing stay
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel but mostly the welcome and hospitality from the staff. They are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The location is great, a nice 10 min stroll to the centre of Malescine. We travelled with a baby and the hotel was perfect and very baby friendly. A lot of attention to detail, exceptionally clean, great high quality breakfast and views are unbelievable.
We requested a kettle to make baby formula and they provided a cot and highchair every morning. The hotel also arranged a taxi with a car seat so we didn't have to bring one. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends without a doubt.

Cons:

No issues at all.

Ein schönes Hotel, mit tollem Personal, in guter Lage mit ordentlichen Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Komfortable, saubere moderne Zimmer, mit toller Dusche. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Komfortables Parken, schöne Pool Anlage.

Cons:

Kein Mineralwasser im Kühlschrank (mindestens bei Ankunft) , kein Waserkocher, Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. „Dont disturb“ I’m Zimmer ohne Funktion bzw. für Reinigungspersonal von außen nicht sichtbar. Dabei würde ein einfaches Schild zum raushängen das Problem lösen.
