Whilst we would never choose to have a meal at the HI, we would stay there on another visit
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Cons:

We had a meal of fish and chips which was totally inedible!
We raised our concerns with a member of staff who offered us a desert and and a drink.

The staff were so nice and helpful.
The mixed grill was very nice.
The hole experience staying at a holiday Inn blew me away, I have stayed in some 5*plus hotels and this holiday inn was cleaner.

Cons:

Some of the workers from a different country must have a permanent cold
