No fans or AC during a heatwave and breakfast was not available at the time they said it would be
Our room was in the motel part. It was clean & airy. The bed was comfy and there was a lovely big shower. The communal tea/ coffee machine at the entrance was handy.. no faffing about with mini kettle and tiny cups in the room😊
Breakfast was very nice and location was spot on close to all attractions
Nothing
Location, food
Noisy.
Good value for money, had a pleasant stay
The hotel was in a convenient location and the beds were comfortable. Food in the morning was surprisingly good.
The en-suite was not good. There was mould around the shower tray and in the grout between tiles in the shower. The grout also on the main bathroom floor were broken. Floors super squeeky. Carpets all around the hotel are filthy dirty. Marks and scuff marks on doors and skirting boards. It just felt really shabby. I would not recommend especially given the cost of the hotel for a night stay!!
The breakfast was good. The only complaint would be when ordering you needed to be very clear what you wanted. For example if you didn't ask for toast you didn't get it.
After 6 p.m. you basically couldn't find any staff. They only had one employee working the restaurant and bar area. Another thing was the bar area wasn't open on week days so if you wanted a alcoholic beverage you needed to leave the hotel. The final thing was the bathroom. The shower had no grab bar or mat so it was very slippery. And there was limited space for your toiletries.
Great location
No issues
Nice and quiet 🤫
Our window wouldn't close had to leave it open all night
Very central. Free parking. Walking distance from town
No air con in room
My son was a guest at a wedding in Enniskillen on the weekend of July 25th. Unfortunately he was hospitalised at the South West Acute Hospital on Saturday 25th. My wife and I drove through the night from South Wales to be with him and was desperate for somewhere to stay. We contacted the Enniskillen Hotel and dealt with Dinah on reception. We shall never forget her compassion and genuine concern for us, people she had never met. She arranged rooms for both us and our son's fiancee for Sunday night and also looked after us on Monday night. All the staff were exceptional but Dinah stood out as we had more interaction with her. Thank you so much for helping us to make a most unfortunate event into an experience of genuine compassion that we shall never forget.
Thank you so much.
We are home know and our son is making a full recovery.
Stayed for 1 night and not a pleasant experience. When we first went in to the room it had a strong bleach type smell. Thought smell was due to room just being cleaned so opened the windows. Went out for dinner etc. and when we came back room was slightly better so didn't do anything. Closed the windows and went to bed but woke through the night to a terrible smell - like blocked drain/poo. It was awful. It was halfway through she night so just opened the windows and sprayed the room with perfume. Assume cleaning staff knew about this and tried bleach etc. to shift it. Hope our complaint gets this fixed and no-one else has to suffer it.
On the positive side - female staff excellent. Good breakfast, decent location and free parking.
On the negative side - Male staff terrible. Bed terrible. So soft and if one person moves the whole mattress moves.
