Die Zimmer sind schön. Es gibt eine super Indoor Spieleecke für Kinder. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist super.

Cons:

Demora na entrega de pedidos pelo serviço de quarto. Não atenderam ao intercomunicador e não responderam ao whatsapp quando eu queria pedir serviço de quarto. Cobraram 7€ pelo serviço de quarto de entrega de uma pizza, que demorou 1h20m para ser entregue. Casa de banho com mármores antigos e autoclismo defeituoso. Entretanto arranjaram rapidamente.

Gostei de ser um espaço amplo e inclusivo. Agradável e mantido.

Cons:

Existe alguma falta de comunicação com o staff com as regras aplicadas.
Acho também que falta um ponto de água para encher as garrafas de águas pois nota-se uma preocupação ambiental em todo o hotel seria uma boa adição.

Super atenciosos e preocupados.
Fui no meu aniversário, e surpreenderam com um bolo ao pequeno almoço para cantar os parabéns.
Fizeram uma visita ao espaço quando chegámos, para conhecermos todo o espaço comum. Recomendamos mesmo muito!

Traumhaft und entspannend!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und stilvoll und der Empfang für uns war einzigartig.
Es war das erste Mal in portugal, dass unsere Hunde ausdrücklich willkommen waren.

Cons:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, auch das Essen ist herrlich.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean room, amazing staff very friendly.
Breakfast was very very good, a wide variety of options from hot food to fresh fruit and pastries.

So many things l liked, must be visited!
The breakfast was amazing, they had chia seeds, great coffee and a lot more!
My dog could stay and they even provided a bed for him!
The pool area was lovely!
One of the nicest childern's play areas I have seen in a long time!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn´t like.
A little recommendation, maybe have some covering in the car park, the cars get very hot!
