Pros:

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. In der Nähe findet man die S-Bahn Station u zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Check-in war unkompliziert u schnell möglich. Fragen werden sofort per KI über WhatsApp beantwortet.

Cons:

Kein Personal. Die Unterkunft wirkt seelenlos u verlassen. Unser Zimmer war für 1 Person vorbereitet, obwohl für 1 Erwachsenen u 1 Kind gebucht wurde. Kissen, Bettdecke u Handtücher haben demnach gefehlt.
Das Zimmer ist nicht klimatisiert. Man hat die Wahl bei 28 Grad Zimmertemperatur nachts bei geschlossenem Fenster zu „ersticken“ oder bei geöffnetem Fenster aufgrund des Lärms einfach nicht zu schlafen. Leider haben wir kein Auge zu gemacht. Die Ausstattung wirkt unsauber (u.a. Wasserbehälter der Kapselmaschine schmutzig). Schimmel findet man in der Dusche, die sich zudem merkwürdig öffnen lässt. Dicke Menschen könnten diese nicht benutzen.

卫生要一个星期做一次。对于我订一个星期的来说，居住期间没人打扫房间。房间没有空调。

Pros:

Wir waren zu einer Veranstaltung auf der Trabrennbahn Karlshorst in Berlin. Die Lage von Smartments war dafür ideal, direkt an der S- Bahn und nahe an der Rennbahn. Eine tolle Anbindung an die touristischen Hotspots, einige nette Lokale in der Nähe, schönes Zimmer, geräumiges Bad - für uns alles TOP
