Pros:

Der Zentrale Start für den Berlinbesuch.

Cons:

Ständig verstopfte Straßen. Fahrstuhl funktionierte nicht immer richtig.Keine Parkplätze am Haus' wurde aber vorher angekündigt . Ich musste 3 Kopfkissen nehmen um einigermaßengut zu schlafen.

Great stay, good location, had everything we needed, and it was clean.
Pros:

Great stay, good value for money.
-- Convenient location - super close to Karlshorst station, which was very convenient, and also to Netto Discount Market, and another supermarket within 5 min walk - EDEKA that has a wider selection. Plus, you can just go downstairs to CO.ME.IN FOOD & COFFEE and enjoy your good coffee and a snack in the morning or any time of day from 7 or 8 am until 6 or 7 pm, depending on the day of the week.
-- The apartment was clean, pleasant and functional, it had everything we needed. It'd be nice if there was a small shelf in the shower, but it's okay.
-- It is great that you can access the supply closet on your floor with your room key card and get cleaning supplies if needed, toilet paper, bin liner, an extra pillow. Both me and my husband got an extra pillow each on our first night, as they were a bit small and flat to use just one - two made it comfortable.
-- There is a rubbish and recycling room on the ground floor outside that can also be accessed with your room key card, to take your rubbish and recycling there and sort it yourself.
-- The bed was okay.
-- It was convenient having a kitchenette. There was a frying pan and two pans available. The cooktop has two burners, but you cannot use both at the same time as the pan is too large, so - only one at a time. Also, we could do with a lid for a frying pan, but we have managed without it. The kitchenette was equipped with everything you might need to cook and eat, even the chopping board, strainer, scissors, which was nice. When you cook make sure you switch on the extractor hood to avoid triggering the fire alarm.
-- We stayed for 9 nights - the room was cleaned once during our stay, and it was enough, as we kept it clean ourselves the rest of our stay.
-- Doing your laundry is also available in the building, but we did not use this service.
-- Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

One thing that was not 10/10 is the broken card sensor in the elevator. It was tricky trying to make it read your card to take you to your floor. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't, had to find a way for it to work - this is the only thing that actually needs fixing. Even so, it brought us residents closer together helping each other to try to make it work :) Each had their own way of doing it that they believed helped ))
We would like to stay here next year as well, as we come for an annual event, and we hope that the lift card sensor will be working properly.

Pros:

It's impossible to contact the property. When I arrived from another city, the front desk system checked me out! I was left without a place to stay!!! In the middle of the night! Now, despite proof of this, the property is refusing to refund my reservation!

Pros:

Das App. war nett eingerichtet, hell und gut geschnitten. Die Lage war gut, direkt an der S-Bahn und verschiedenen Trams.

Die kleine Snackbar unten im Hotel war hilfreich.

Cons:

Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es sehr laut, obwohl es sich um das Pfingstwochenende handelte. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ok.
Wir hätten lieber eine normale Filtermaschine gehabt als die vorhandene Nespresso-Maschine. Dafür hatten wir keine Tabs.

Nice stay
Pros:

Location, close to the station but away from the tourist areas.
Lots of light in the room due to decent sized window.

Pros:

The location was good , close to train stop ..easy check in and out

Cons:

The bed was very low no good head rest, paid for 2 person got 1 pillow and bed cover
The room was choked up space was small.
The room was hot,fan was loud and wasn't working good. Air condition would have be better . It was expensive but wasn't comfortable.

Lage super, Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Zimmer war sauber.
Küche perfekt

Cons:

Unbequemes Bett, Dusche eigentlich nicht zu benutzen, Glastüre öffnet falsch.Duschtasse total rutschig und keine Pflegeprodukte.

Es ist okay für 1-2 Nächte, aber würde es nicht bei einem längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen.
Pros:

Die S-Bahn Haltestelle, sowie diverse Supermärkte sind direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Die Wohnung wird extrem warm. Wenn man dann das Fenster öffnet, wird es sehr laut.
Bei uns am Bett lagen Haare von den Gästen vor uns, sowie schien das Bad nicht geputzt worden zu sein.

Schönes Zimmer mit einigen Mankos
Pros:

- hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal
- Gut gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur S-Bahn-Station
- Badezimmer mit Ablagefläche und geräumiger Dusche
- sehr gutes WLAN

Cons:

- Bett für 2 Personen etwas zu klein, zudem fehlt auf einer Seite ein Nachtschränkchen und Steckdosen
- Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist unmöglich, da alle 2 Minuten eine Bahn vorbeifährt
- Zimmer heizt sich sehr schnell auf und dabei waren es draußen gerade mal um die 20°
- Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung wäre fein gewesen (nur ein Weinglas z. B.)

Der Selbst-Check-in Vorgang war angenehm, da nicht alle schon bekannten Gästedaten noch einmal angeben werden mussten.

Cons:

Das Bett mit 140 cm Breite ist zu schmal. Außerdem ist es doch störend, wenn man direkt neben dem Kühlschrank schläft.
