Good location, excellent breakfast with variety of choices, clean rooms
Exceptional hotel. I wpuld struggle to find anything thay I was unhappy with. Certainly the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. This was a 40th birthday present from my wife as I always wanted to visit Krakow. This hotel helped it make one of the most memorable trips of my life - the staff, the cleanliness, the facilities, the food are all outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Also, child friendly. Only 5 stars as there is no 6th option.
The hotel is ideally placed for the town square, just a short walk. The rooms are well appointed, the beds are comfortable with a choice of 4 pillow types and the ensuite is extremely roomy with a good shower. Pawel the reception manager speaks excellent English and was so helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

تم استلام الغرفة بتاريخ 31-7-2026 وكان التكييف جداً سيء وتم التواصل مع الفندق ولكن لم يتم الاستجابة من قبلهم وعند قيام موظف الاستقبال بالتشييك على المكيف قال انه يعمل بأقصى حد وان التكيف ضعيف قليلاً بسبب حرارة الطقس الخارجية ! وعند سؤال موظف الاستقبال هل يوجد صيانه او عامل صيانه كان الجواب لا ، الشيء الثاني يوجد حشرات صغيرة بالغرفة وأكثر من مرة يتم خروجها بعد التنظيف او عند فتح باب الغرفة والوضع جداً مقزز ، بالإضافة انه لا يوجد خدمة حمل الحقائب ، فندق سيء جداً جداً وإقامة جداً سيئة ولا يستحق نجمة 4 نجوم ..

El ascensor no funcionaba y a pesar de pedir ayuda ya que yo no podía bajar el equipaje desde el cuarto (4) piso no me ayudaron ninguna de las dos personas de la recepción . La cama, para ser doble, era pequeña. Incómoda para dos personas
Erg aangename kamer en badkamer. Prima ontbijt, dat je zowel binnen als buiten kunt nuttigen. Hotel ligt vlakbij oude stad. Erg vriendelijk personeel.
The hotel was good in all aspects - but I think the overall price/quality ratio was super high. Rooms were spacious, new, clean. Staff friendly, breakfast good. But all of that with very reasonable price.

Friendly staff, great choice of cocktails. The 'Willy Wonka' cocktail is highly recommended if you love chocolate.

Lovely modern hotel, 5 minute walk to the square. Room and hotel was spotless and the buffet breakfast was really good, with a great variety. Staff were very friendly. We were able to book tours via the hotel, it was a bit more expensive but we were picked up at the hotel and dropped off. Lots of great eating places nearby. I definitely recommend and will be returning.
