Great hotel
Pros:

Booked 3 nights at the Grand Ascot and couldn’t have been better. Lovely hotel in excellent location within easy walking distance to all city centre sights.
Hotel was spotlessly clean and room serviced every day.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help.
Booked B&B and breakfast was excellent. Wide choice available.
All in all a great hotel and would be my first choice if/when returning to Krakow.

My stay was perfect! I stayed at a different hotel the night before, right across the street from Ascot and, honestly, it doesn’t compare. Ascot was mucu better.

Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and I was impressed by quality. Assortment was not really outstanding, however I didn't expect it to be like in 5-stars beach hotels. Personnel was exteneely helpful. I ordered iron for my shirt and got it allmost immediately.

Cons:

Parking is not free. You have to specify that explicitly!! All the alternatives are not free as well. Update the profile not to deceive people.

Pros:

The hotel has a convenient location, it is convenient to both drive in and walk to the historic city center or public transport stops. Clean room, comfortable bed, has its own parking which is a big advantage.

Cons:

The room is small in size, there are also few towels in the bathroom, and there are no disposable slippers.

Чудесен хотел близо до Стария град
Pros:

Много приятно изживяване! Закуската беше вкусна и разнообразна. Местоположението на хотела е отлично – в непосредствена близост до Стария град, което прави разглеждането на забележителностите много удобно. Персоналът беше изключително учтив и отзивчив през целия ни престой. Хотелът се поддържа много чист и добре организиран. Бихме го посетили отново и препоръчваме хотела.
