Excellent hotel in a good location that lived up to it's high rating and our expectations.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean and modern hotel with attentive and helpful reception staff. The standard room we booked was spacious with a very comfortable king bed.
Breakfast was great with a good choice and plenty of waiting staff to clear away.
Hotel was well located on the edge of the Old Town in a quiet area but a ten minute walk to the main square.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the pre-packed breakfast they provided for our early morning trip to Auschwitz.
Could have been better.

Todo. Cenamos en el restaurante y todo fue de una excelente calidad. La recepcionista fue encantadora. La habitacion comodisima, bonita y un baño precioso. Nos encanto. Zona tranquila y a un paseo del casco historico

Grand ascot hotel
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
The hotel has good location 10 minutes from main square.The room was very large with a wonderful walk in shower with good standard of shower gel supplied.

The continental breakfast was good 4 stars lacking good quality of bread and little cakes but enough to start the day the right way.
The big asset to the hotel is the friendly and professional staff especially Pawel and Anastasia at reception who went out of their way to help us always with a smile and warm welcome.
We ate in the main restaurant one night the food was of a high standard but little pricey to be honest. We had the restaurant to ourselves!
Would definitely recommend this hotel for short stay

I will definitely return anytime I’m in Krakow
Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful..Powel the receptionist was extremely helpful,he checked me in early,he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.Also Anatacisia was very friendly to me. They both deserve a promotion or pst rise.
The hotel is extremely clean and modern
Location is close to the town centre

As good a location as you could get for a visit to Krakow

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We recently had 4 nights at the Grand Ascot Hotel in Krakow. .All the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, very clean and had everything you need. We ate in the restaurant two nights and the food was delicious, super breakfast too.
In an excellent location for the sights of Krakow.
Definitely highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great because it was close to downtown. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were excellent

Cons:

The hotel's parking lot was full, so we had to park nearby. However, it was only a 5-minute walk, so it wasn't a big deal.

Excellent on every level.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was excellent, the reception staff were always very courteous and helpful, our room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was of the highest quality .
We used the bar on several occasions and would like to give special mention to Andrew and Tatiana. The quality of service was excellent and both were personable and made our trip extra special.
