Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
The hotel has good location 10 minutes from main square.The room was very large with a wonderful walk in shower with good standard of shower gel supplied.
The continental breakfast was good 4 stars lacking good quality of bread and little cakes but enough to start the day the right way.
The big asset to the hotel is the friendly and professional staff especially Pawel and Anastasia at reception who went out of their way to help us always with a smile and warm welcome.
We ate in the main restaurant one night the food was of a high standard but little pricey to be honest. We had the restaurant to ourselves!
Would definitely recommend this hotel for short stay
The staff were very nice and helpful..Powel the receptionist was extremely helpful,he checked me in early,he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.Also Anatacisia was very friendly to me. They both deserve a promotion or pst rise.

Not a lot of storage space in room but we got by.
We recently had 4 nights at the Grand Ascot Hotel in Krakow. .All the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, very clean and had everything you need. We ate in the restaurant two nights and the food was delicious, super breakfast too.

The location was great because it was close to downtown. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were excellent
The hotel's parking lot was full, so we had to park nearby. However, it was only a 5-minute walk, so it wasn't a big deal.
Everything about this hotel was excellent, the reception staff were always very courteous and helpful, our room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was of the highest quality .
We used the bar on several occasions and would like to give special mention to Andrew and Tatiana. The quality of service was excellent and both were personable and made our trip extra special.
Lovely welcome when we arrived late evening. Our room was lovely, immaculately clean, lots of storage space and fab shower.
There was lots vegetarian options at breakfast ..Everything was so fresh and good choice of teas and coffee.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, but a special shout out to Andrew and Tatjana at the bar. Andrew’s bespoke recipe cocktails were outstanding. We had lovely chats with both of them and Andrew was very helpful with suggestions and a pleasure to chat to..

Two long streets away from main square, around 5 minutes walk for us. We thought it was a great location. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is gorgeous! Room was spacious with really comfortable bed and the best pillows! (Pillow menu available). Could not fault this hotel in the slightest
We just came back from a magnificent stay at the Grand Ascot Hotel and what can I say, the hotel is amazing, it is extremely clean, rooms are beautiful, the location is spot on with the main market square only 5 mins walk, you can walk to Wawel Castle in around 12 mins. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to chose from and a fab selection of coffee. You are not too far from the airport about 20 mins and only cost us £9 in a Uber, local taxis tried to charge around £35!
There is a fab little bar & grill over the road from the hotel called Murals, definitely a must if you stay here, delicious food and drinks and very reasonably priced. There is a selection of bars jist around the corner from the hotel too again very reasonably priced, drinks and food around the Market place tend to be a fair bit pricier but if you go back a street great prices. Would definitely return to the Grand Ascot when we visit Krakow again which we definitely will do.

5 minutes walk from hotel to the old town. Breakfast was great & on the day we had an early start due to a tour they did use a take away bag for breakfast.
