Vintage charm, friendly, helpful staff, old school Oregon coast charm.
Pros:

It has old school charm, the room was clean, I’m sure the views are great- it just happened to be quite foggy during our stay.

Cons:

I realize it’s an old building, but we were in a lower floor cottage, and the heavy footsteps guests above us and possible furniture rearranging?! Felt like ceiling was going to cave in on us. The walk back up the hill from the beach is tough if you have mobility issues.

I have driven by many times, so I wanted to stay there. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

We were in the newer building.
The window was cloudy and dirty - it was hard to see the ocean. The window was also very small.
I expected housekeeping the next day, but no one came. I asked and it was on request. We were not offered this so we only had one towel each. They did give us more towels. So if you want housekeeping let them know. The small garbage cans filled up quickly.

Pros:

For many many years I had looked at it no 3 story buildings all pretty much level. When we got there down below that you can't see from the road was the 3 story building I would have never had booked that. They put us on the 2nd floor 2 flights of stairs and my husband is 82 waiy too hard for us to get up those stairs.
