Enjoyable!
Pros:

Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and convenient!

Cons:

earlier check-in... it is all computerized so it unlocked precisely at 1600 even though the unit was ready!

Great stay. Would stay again.
Pros:

Really cool rooftop hot tub. Our unit was pet friendly and walking distance to downtown.

Cons:

This didn’t bother us… but if you had knee issues or an older dog there are a lot of steep steps up into the unit and again in the unit to get up to the bedrooms.

Disappointing. Number of bathrooms did not match the description.
Cons:

The unit we booked was described as 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms with a bath, but it turned out to be just 4 bathrooms with 2 powder room (without bath/shower). The description was misleading and the actual accommodation didn’t meet the description. As we were 5 separate families staying at the 6 bedroom apartment, expecting a separate full bathroom (with bath/shower) for each family, it turned out that some families had to share shower which was disappointing. I contacted the property for this misleading information but the property only acknowledged the inaccurate/misleading details of bathrooms without responding to my request for monetary compensation for many days.
Also, the description should mention the property is next to the railway tracks and there will be noise from trains til almost midnight.

Good value for a beautiful location. The Rocky Mountain Soap products were lovely!
Pros:

Clean. Close to town. Easy check in.

Cons:

Right by the train but ear plugs were provided.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location.

Cons:

1. I wish all the bathrooms had exhausts. Only the main floor bathroom had an exhaust.
2. It was too hot when we showed up. There were small ac units in bedrooms to compensate for it though.

Pros:

Great value for the money. Easy to book and was exactly as it said it would be. Staff at the resort was helpful

Cons:

There was something spilled in the freezer. No garbage cans in the bathrooms. No check out instructions.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty no sheets blankets on pullout bugs in lights flooded stains everywhere couch was dirty carpets disgusting in bedroom no code sent staff a bit rude argumentative
