The staff, especially the man in charge of the shuttle service was attentive and always smiling and on time and really helpful and funny.
Great clean modern accommodation. Comfortable beds. 10 minutes walk from Chinatown with a lot of food selections. 10 minute walk to the river.

Very good location
The reception who checked us in was very rude, she does not even how the rooms and including the number of bathrooms and showers. We explained that the 2-bedroom suite appeared to only have one shower located in the king room, but instead of assisting us, she argued that it was clearly stated on Booking.com that the suite had 1 shower and 2 toilets.
Later, while we were already looking for another hotel, we eventually discovered a hidden shower behind one of the doors. This is something the receptionist should have known and informed us about immediately. A simple explanation such as “the extra shower is located here” would have saved us a lot of frustration and wasted time searching all night.
Location was prime
The room was small than expected
Hotelkamer, zwembad, eten, personeel. Echt een geweldig verblijf gehad.super ruime kamers. Heel vriendelijk personeel, staat altijd voor je klaar. In 1 woord geweldig!!
Paar keer heerlijk gegeten op het verlichte terras bij het zwembad.
Elke dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt.

The room was clean and comfortable but not quite the 5-star room that we thought we were getting, we would say more like a 4-star room based on the size, view (directly to another building) and the facilities in the room. The location was excellent, pool was amazing, the restaurant for breakfast was superb with plenty of choices. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
We don't usually stay in 5-star hotels and this was meant to be a special treat as we got a good price but it really felt more like a 4-star hotel, nothing terribly fancy. The alcoholic drinks were very expensive (nearly $70 (Aust $) for two beers and two cocktails - compared with around $35-$50 elsewhere) so we used other bar/hotel facilities rather than pay such high prices. Beds were too hard/firm for our liking and the pillows were way too soft so we didn't sleep particularly well. One of the blinds in the bathroom didn't close so privacy in the bathroom was somewhat lacking! The lounge/sitting area was not particularly comfortable.
