If you expect the level of service typically associated with an established serviced apartment or hotel, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Having stayed at properties across Singapore, I can honestly say this was a new low in terms of service standards.
From the reception staff and bell staff to the concierge manager, basic hospitality seemed consistently lacking throughout. We had booked a twin room, but upon arrival we were informed by the concierge manager that no twin rooms were available. When I asked, “What can be done?”, his response was, “Sir, check-in time is at 3pm.” The reply came across as dismissive and unhelpful rather than service-oriented. At the end of our conversation, I decided there was no point in pursuing. I know the concierge manager tried but I can’t sense his sincerity.
We also had some finger food at Collective that evening, where the service was equally disappointing. The Chinese female staff looked like I owed her money when our family entered the restaurant. When asked why the food was taking long to be served, she responded unapologetically, saying, “Do you know we have two high tea sets to prepare for other guests now?” Regardless of how busy the restaurant was, this is not the level of professionalism or customer service one would expect from a hospitality establishment.
I regretted my decision in booking a stay at this hell’s hotel. Just my feedback for your property.

Gelet op de prijs (te hoog) en het feit dat dit hotel 5 sterren heeft, had ik (veel) meer verwacht. De ontvangst was matig (de dame achter de balie was nauwelijks te verstaan en niet bijzonder vriendelijk). Ook het ontbijt was matig. Het restaurant zelf is sfeerloos; dit helpt dan ook niet mee. De kamer was (wel) prachtig: ruim, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien.

When checking in we had booked for 3 people the extra bed wasn’t in the room , had to wait for it. The staff did not tell us any information about the facilities, or where we could get breakfast and prices .

The windows of the rooms looked directly out to neighbouring office buildings so no privacy, needed to keep curtains closed all the time.
Water pressure of the showers were very poor
La localisation : proche de la marina, des quartiers historiques (chinatown...) et du mrt.
La climatisation est très froide mais c'est comme ça à Singapour.
