Super Lage, sehr freundlich und bemühte Crew, Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen

Die Nähe zur Westminster Bridge, London Eye und BigBen ist super…👍

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist i.O., leider lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen, die Küchenzeile ist praktisch und sehr gut ausgestattet👌

Negativ: ist, das der viel zu kleine Barbereich als Frühstücksraum für viel zu viele Gäste genutzt wird, ein defekter Kaffeeautomat die ganze Woche für Probleme sorgte und es so gut wie kein Obst gab 👎

Extrem tolle Ausgangslage für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Leider kein extra "Frühstücksraum", man frühstückt in der Hotelbar und ab 8:15 kann es passieren, dass man auf einen Platz warten muss.

Cons:

Le confort des lits est scandaleux. Le petit déjeuner est bien trop chère car la machine à café n’a jamais marché et de l’attente pour prendre son petit déjeuner. Je ne vous parle pas d’une petite dame qui est fort désagréable avec les clients…

La ubicación, la habitacion, el personal, poder usar lavadora y secadora, y como guarfan gu equipaje.

Cons:

La hora de check-in y el check-out. Tendría que poder ser mas temprana la entrada y el check out mas tardio. El precio del desayuno para lo ofertado que es escaso, y en la zona desayunas mejor por menos.

We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to book again!

Lovely hotel in a really good location. Handy to underground and in central
London in 10 mins.
Amazing view. Lovely room with great facilities!

Cons:

Small negative was the fridge had a bit of a smell and the room had items from a previous occupant. Room was set up for 2 people when it was 3 people staying. This did not take away from a wonderful stay.

У нас было три номера. Не все были рядом. Все было отлично.

Cons:

Шум вокзала. Гостиница находится рядом. При закрытых окнах не слышно. Убирают номер через день. Холодильник слабый. Но сказали что это не холодильник, а охладитель. Хотя на сайте написано холодильник. Мы были мало в номере и есть магазин и кафе рядом .

Very good option, cost benefit.
Pros:

Very good rum, possible to cook inside. Located close to Waterloo and Bakerloo line, very easy to go everywhere in London. Nice and polite staff.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor of options and does not keep up with the Hotel whole standard. Just one coffee machine that does not work smoothly all the time (need to be reset). The crew does a lot to make us feel comfortable on the other hand. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning but the system disarms three times per day to save energy and reduce the environmental foot print.

MUY BUENO CALIDAD - PRECIO
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cercano al Big Ben, London Eye, parada de metro y autobús al lado con muy buenas combinaciones. La estación de Waterloo también muy cercana. Calle con muchas opciones para comer justo al lado y varios super donde comprar. La cocina con las comodidades básicas que necesitas, muy útil si vas con niños. Baños reformados, pequeño pero muy cómodo. La mayoría del personal muy amable (no todos, pero la gran mayoría si). Tienes la opción de dejar las maletas después del check out lo que nos facilitó poder seguir visitando la ciudad hasta que llegó la hora de irnos al aeropuerto. Limpian las habitaciones cada 2 días pero la limpieza es muy buena, incluso dejamos las toallas colgadas para que no las cambiasen porque estaban limpias, y nos las cambiaron todas.

Cons:

El colchón del sofá cama si es para niños pequeños muy bien, pero para niños más grandes o adolescentes es incómodo. El estudio para dos adultos y dos niños se queda algo justo. Con la cama auxiliar abierta no queda espacio para moverte. Nosotros hacíamos las cenas en el estudio y teníamos que comer por tandas.

La posizione è davvero ottima e consente di raggiungere a piedi molte delle zone più famose
La metro è vicinissima
Di fianco all'albergo si trovano ristoranti, pub e supermercati

Cons:

I pochi tavoli per la colazione generano code, ma il personale è davvero cortese e gestisce la cosa in modo impeccabile
