Great location and very spacious and comfortable room. Great facilities. We could walk to many attractions..... Big Ben, The London Eye.
Hotel bardzo dobrze położony - 15 minut spacerem do Big Bena, po drugiej stronie Tamizy , w dzielnicy Waterloo , w pobliżu sklepy z gotowymi daniami i kanapkami ( najwyraźniej bardzo popularne w Anglii) . Było pret-a-manger i Salisbury
obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna , możliwość przechowania bagażu bardzo się przydała
zameldowanie bezpapierowo bezdotykowe :-)
nie korzystałem ze śniadania, pokój był wyposażony w kuchnię ( zlew, lodówka, mikrofala, kuchenka)
Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni
Windy się nieco psuły w czasie naszego pobytu, ale zawsze przynajmniej jedna działala

The hotel was comfortable and close to the train station less than 4 minutes
Honestly doesn't feel like a 4 star, more like 3.
When we arrived early, I asked to be checked in and was told it would be an extra charge by the Indian lady and she tried to upsell us to upgrade to a room with a kitchen and told us if we checked in early we'd get not a so good room but still had to pay quite a bit extra on top. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected more refined service and thought into the conversation. Luckily when we came back late, the French gentlemen was much more pleasant and checked us in. He even let us be on the 10th floor as he noted we preferred quiet rooms.

Super schönes und sauberes Hotel. Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Ruhig und doch Zentral! Sehr gute Lage. Freundlicher Service. Es hat alles rundherum gepasst.

Das Frühstück war im Verhältis zum Preis für das Hotel im unteren Bereich.
We had a wonderful family stay in this hotel during our long weekend in London with children. First of all, the location is excellent — very close to Waterloo Station, with easy access to all parts of London and the main tourist attractions. It was extremely convenient for sightseeing with kids.
The room was very spacious and perfectly suitable for a family. We had two large and very comfortable double beds, one for the parents and one for the children, which made our stay very relaxing. The room also included a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooking facilities, and a coffee machine with coffee and tea provided. We did not cook ourselves, but it is great to have the possibility to prepare breakfast or meals if needed.
Everything in the hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The shower was strong and excellent, and the hotel provided large, beautiful white towels in sufficient quantity for the whole family. The entire hotel felt very comfortable and welcoming.
A special thank you to the extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely young Ukrainian lady and the young French gentleman, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel for families visiting London — comfortable, clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location.

Das gesamte Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und alles hat gut funktioniert. Eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, mit Geschirrspüler, waren vorhanden und in gepflegtem Zustand. Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl aber nicht besonders üppig und der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein, so dass es zur Stoßzeit zu Wartezeit kam. Die Lage des Hotels ist der wirkliche Pluspunkt: Zwei U-Bahnstationen sowie zahlreiche Restaurants/Pubs und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Big Ben und London-Eye in Laufweite.
Das Zimmer war mit 4-Personen Belegung leider etwas eng, vor allem fehlte es an Platz für die Koffer. Leider war auch das Bettsofa für die 3. und 4. Person etwas durchgelegen und daher unbequem. Das Hotel ist recht teuer, insbesondere das Frühstücksangebot hält mit dem Preis nicht mit. Daher Abzüge beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Insgesamt aber für einen Städtetrip durchaus empfehlenswert.
