Really good, overall strongly above average quality. Bedroom + small living room with a microwave, sink and even a dishwasher. Clean, AC worked fine.
The hotel has free washing machines (very rare, and useful for longer travel), dryers are paid (6 GBP, sadly, only in coins).
The location is within walking distance to several major London spots (eg. Big Ben, London Eye), easy access to public transport.
There were minor issues. One is that the bathroom was completely missing toilet paper when we arrived, the way to contact the reception is through whatsapp. The person at the other end replied that they will send someone ("we will send someone shortly"). We left the room. 2+ hours later we came back, nothing happened, had to go to the reception myself, ask the person there for toilet paper, have to bring it up. Why promise to send someone if nothing happens? No reply would be somehow better.
One dryer (the furthest to the door) had problems, it showed an error message about a clogged drain, and the message stops the drying. I mentioned it to the reception, and the issue in total wasted a lot of time, but ok, that can happen. The real issue is that when I came the next day to wash something else, I saw other guests using the exact same drain and having the exact same problem (drain error message). The issue was simply ignored, and other people paid money and wasted time on a know problematic machine. At the very least, the proper course of action would have been to tape a message that the specific machine has issues.
Those two are staff organization issues, which are minor and easy to improve.
There's one architectural issue and that's the shower's design. It has no door, just a piece of flat glass, and level difference is very low. It's hard to avoid splashing a lot of water onto the bathroom's floor.
Still, it's very rare to even have a washing and drying machines in a hotel, so I didn't deduct 1 for this reason. The score would be 10, if not for promising to send someone and then absolutely nothing happening.
Room was great, we were 3 girls and it was awesome. The location is good since it is near the waterloo station. We did not take breakfast so we cannot judge it.
