Le petit dejeuner
La chambre était grande, les lits étaient confortable, l'endroit était propre. Le déjeuner en libre service était super.
La piscine était un peu petite.
Bon Emplacement, Chambre spacieuse, lits confortables, équipements corrects. Bon petit déjeuner.
- Douche très glissante, très dangereux. Ma femme est tombé sur la nuque et a failli se briser le cou.
- La chambre n' a pas été nettoyée le 2ème jour. Même les serviettes salles n'ont pas été changées.
- Climatiseur trop brillant

Took my autistic granddaughter for the night and her 6 year old sister who had an appointment at cheo hospital the next morning. They were all excited about going into the pool. I specifically asked for pool and breakfast for the stay. I paid online for this the day before. Once we arrived we were told the pool was down and we could not get a refund. Was not a nice stay the autistic child was crying and the 6 year old was trying to console her. I feel they could have refunded our money so we could have went somewhere with a pool. I felt there was no compassion whatsoever and was very disappointed with the service

Plancher de la chambre très collant sûrement dû a trop de savon ou mauvais choix de savon pour le plancher. Situation somme toute, désagréable. N'eut été de cela la chambre aurait été parfaite.
Il y avait un niveau extrêmement élevé de chlore dans la piscine. Je n'ai jamais vu cela auparavant.
Juste en ouvrant la porte d'accès à la piscine le chlore piquait les yeux.
Pas de serviettes disponibles à la piscine.
Les bornes de recharge ne fonctionnaient pas
