Clean and close to central Bukit Bintang - easy ~10mins walking distance from train station and nearby malls.
Room was average and renovations occurring but didn’t bother me as I was out most of the day. I suspect these changes will modernise the rooms a bit more. Room was still comfortable for the price.
Good value for money for location.
Breakfast was a set menu however decent and delicious.
A/C was a bit frustrating to work out, however managed in the end, otherwise no concerns.
tlocation is very good between bukit bintang metro and pavilion mall. Staff is friendly and supportive.
I thought much better breakfast would provide.

The hotel room I got was so comfortable and it had a lot of toiletries sets like shower cap, dental set and soap. Can’t forget the slippers too. The room size was perfect and the view I had from the room was nice as well. It even had a mini fridge and a small table that I could use. There were also free Indocafe coffee packets at the ready.
The parking was a bit tough to get since the hotel is beside rather busy road. I ended up parking a bit far from the hotel but a little walking wouldn’t hurt once in a while.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The best thing going for the hotel is its location - the train station, malls, and food street at Jalan Alor are all within walking distance, making the stay very convenient for mobility.
I stayed for 5 nights. Over all 5 nights, my room was never vacuumed. Although housekeeping made the beds and took out the rubbish, the floors remained dirty. I could have made a complaint at the front desk about it, but decided not to since I barely stayed in the room except for sleep during the night.
The door to the shower area does not prevent water from leaking onto the bathroom floor. Every time after showering, even with the door tightly closed, the entire bathroom floor will flood.
On the last day of my stay (5th day), toiletries were not provided as promised. One may ask why I did not raise a complaint. One reason was that I was already leaving the next day, and two, they had kept a 200 RM safety deposit against my room despite my having paid the entire amount in advance. I felt that if I made complaints, they’d make some excuses and not return the 200 RM deposit.
That brings me to the 200 RM safety deposit rule. I had paid the full charge in advance long before my stay. I fail to see the need for an additional safety deposit for guests who’ve already made a full advance payment.
The breakfast menu is too limited. The hotel could introduce some variety.
