Would definitely stay again if we visit Tokyo but would book 2 separate rooms rather than bunk beds.
Pros:

Great central location to train stations and Narita Airport. Right in the doorstep of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

I wouldn’t recommend the bunk beds room for 4 adults with cases as it’s very cramped and gets extremely humid.
