Lovely accommodation
Pros:

Room size was great. Clean and with all amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Has washing machine with dryer function and washing liquid. Microwave, kettle, fridge, tv and hair dryer. Bathroom bigger than average. Able to get clean towels daily. 2 sets of blinds/curtains, so you can choose how much morning light you want coming in. Aircon works great. Beds comfortable. Was on level 8 and had view of mountains. On main entry level there is water dispenser, coffee machine, and sake to try. Also drawer with extras such as lotions, toothbrush, and more. Loved everything about this place. Would definitely stay again.

My feet loved it!
Pros:

Proximity to Train and bus stations was great along with a variety of food choices including a 7 Eleven close by. Room was well set out and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Foot bath was a bonus after a big day out...

Cons:

The beds could be a bit softer.

Relaxating stay in a good location with nice amenities
Pros:

The room was very clean and quiet. The lobby foot bath was relaxing. Free alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages were available each day, along with snacks.

Pros:

Amazing Hotel. Well designed, well-maintained, clean, with attention to detail. In the lobby free drinking water, tea, coffee, sake and juices.
And a fantastic tank with hot water to rest your feet after a tiring day.
Great location, walkable to (almost) everywhere.

Cons:

We stayed in the cheapest room, so although it was much larger than the average room in Japan, the view was absent, as it faced another building 2 meters away. For an extra 5 euros per night, I suggest paying for a room upgrade.
