Perfect location with good facility.
Pros:

Location is perfect for our activities in the city.

Washing machine/ dryer in the room is perfect for long stay during summer.

Staffs are helpful for our need: receiving package and taxi reservation. Our request for the room floor

Cons:

Room cleaning for long stay: they only offer towels change and garbage collection. But we need sheets exchange especially in summer.

Pros:

入口の趣と今回は一泊だったので利用しませんでしたがお部屋の中にレンジや洗濯機まであったこと。スタッフさんが愛想もよく、親切だったこと。

もう一つの部屋に泊まったみたい
Pros:

部屋に洗濯乾燥機、電子レンジがあった事やRefa製品（シャンプー類、ドライヤー）があった事。

Cons:

宿泊する部屋にもよるのだと思うが、携帯の電波があまり良くなかった。しかしWi-Fiがあったので普通に何とかなる感じではある

Very happy and would stay again
Pros:

Close to the subway, great restaurants nearby and some lovely touches in the hotel like the foot bath and soda stream in the communal area that made this hotel feel like a lovely place to come back to after a day of sightseeing.

Cons:

Hard to pick out any issues, we were travelling with a baby and the bins in the bathroom were a bit small but they provided us with extra bags when we asked so it wasn't an issue. They have other bins in the room but we didn't want to sleep in the same room as dirty nappies.

Excellent value in good location
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is in a great location, right next to a metro station with a direct connection to Kyoto Station, which made getting around very easy. Having a 7-Eleven just downstairs was incredibly convenient. Although the room was compact, it was comfortable and well equipped, and having a washing machine was a big plus. We also loved the lobby, where guests can help themselves to toiletries and complimentary coffee. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The rooms and beds were of reasonable size. Beds were comfortable. We did have to request for more towels as there wasn't the right amount for number of people staying. The washer & dryer were amazing to have! We could put washing on at night, and in the morning, it was ready to go. We could help ourselves to the drinks bar downstairs and toiletries, we enjoyed the foot spa in the evening after a long day of walking! Good location to accessing trains, and walk to Nishiki Market.

Cons:

Nothing to complain. Would happily stay here again!

Kyoto gezimizde konakladığımız metro istasyonuna 3-4 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde olan bu otel, beklentilerimizi her anlamda karşıladı. Özellikle personele ayrı bir parantez açmak gerek. Hepsi son derece güler yüzlü, saygılı ve her konuda çözüm odaklı yaklaşıyorlar. Otele girişte ikram edilen küçük bir şişe sake, çok nazik ve hoş bir karşılama oldu.

​Odamızın genişliği bize büyük konfor sağladı. Odada dolap olmadığı hâlde ve dört valizle seyahat etmemize rağmen alan konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Odada çamaşır makinesi bulunması zaten harikaydı üstelik bu makinenin aynı zamanda kurutma özelliğine sahip olması işimizi kolaylaştıran bir avantaj oldu.

Yataklar ise hem oldukça geniş hem de çok rahattı. Yaz sıcağında klimanın performansı da bizi çok memnun etti, kısa sürede odayı dilediğimiz serinliğe ulaştırabiliyordu.

​Otelin sunduğu imkânlar da oldukça başarılı. Resepsiyon katında gün boyu faydalanabileceğiniz su ve kahve makinesi gibi olanaklar mevcut. Özellikle sıcak yaz günlerinde dışarı çıkmadan önce termosumuzu doldurabilmek çok pratik oldu.

Cons:

Odadaki mini buzdolabının iç hacmi biraz dar ancak bu durum bizim için bir sorun olmadı.

Overall good hotel. Would stay again.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the location and the amenities this hotel offered. The foot onsen was also a nice touch and much needed after walking 20k steps daily

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. I felt like Patrick sleeping on a rock every night.
