Pros:

我沒選早餐，因為飯店附近有很多很棒的早餐店，日式到洋式都有！飯店位置在捷運不遠處，巷口有7-11，再轉角還有starbucks，有免費的足浴，且足浴時還能享用特殊的茶(用茶塊沖泡的)，還有清酒、咖啡、茶、氣泡水無限免費供應(清酒有時限)，備用品自取也很充足！房間雖不大，但很舒服，還有小廚房及洗衣機，對於要停留兩晚以上的，是加分的！走路去鴨川還能順便逛街，很舒服的路程！

Komfortabes Hotel in guter Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, komfortable Betten und sehr nettes Personal. Die Waschmaschine im Zimmer und die Kaffeemaschine im Foyer waren Top.

Cons:

Wenig Platz für Koffer im Zimmer. Der Zimmerservice beschränkte sich auf Handtuchwechsel und Müllentsorgung. In 5 Tagen wurde nicht einmal das Bett gemacht.

部屋に洗濯機がある

Cons:

エレベータの待ち時間が長い。隣接する飲食施設のメニューが値上がりした上、メニューがインバウンド向きになって、納豆などの和風物が減った。また、メインディッシュが提供されるようになったが、これもインバウンド向き。

Exceeded expectations. Can't recommend enough.
Pros:

It is in a great spot, just minutes to Karasuma Oike subway station. A short walk down Sanjo Dori to the covered shopping and eating areas. The free sake in the afternoon and the foot soak pool are nice touches. The room key card knows what floor you are going to. Good size room compared to Tokyo. Nice clean bathroom with great water pressure. Coffee and water machines in the lobby, plus a range of useful amenities: razor, toothbrush, q tips, tea bags etc - free. Hard to fault. Lovely breakfast available in building right outside front doors. Relaxed vibe. Loved it.

Pros:

The lobby has a foot bath spa area for guests to enjoy. The amenities included coffee, water, and unlimited sake. This was such a game changer as I could always refill my water bottle versus continuing to buy more water each day. The unlimited sake from the dispenser was great.

Our room was very spacious. We had three large luggages and were able to open them all up easily without any issues.

The washer and dryer all in one inside the room was a game changer. It babe doing laundry quick and convenient.

The AC unit worked really well and we overall had such a wonderful great stay. I was telling my travel friends all about it because we cannot wait to come back here. Will definitely be returning!

Cons:

That we couldn't stay longer to enjoy lol nothing at all we didn't like.
