Excellent place to stay...will recommend...
Pros:

Walkable distance to the Akasaka metro station. Live neighborhood with lots of eating places. Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was big enough for our family of four with a small attached balcony. Comfortable individual beds for everybody so kids enjoyed the stay. Room had all the amenities.

Cons:

I was skeptical when I initially booked the hotel as some of the view were not very positive but overall good and affordable place to stay so I have nothing negative to say. May be some areas/rooms of the hotel are in poor condition as some guests posted but we encountered nothing like that.

Consigliatissimo per tutto
Pros:

La stanza era grande e spaziosa ( suite), con letti grandissimi e comodi e con un terrazzino esclusivo della stanza. Molti comfort in stanza tra cui la lavatrice, forno a microonde, bollitore e stoviglie. Fornito anche un comodo pigiama e prodotti shincare. Il personale dell' hotel eccezionale, garbato, disponibilissimo. Già solo per loro vale la pena, ma nel complesso ottimo tutto, compresa la posizione tra due stazioni metro che servono tutti i punti strategici della città, tantissimi ristoranti in zona e combini. L'hotel è a due passi da due templi fantastici.

Bardzo dobra opcja dla dużej rodziny, grupy. Przestronny pokój z 5 łóżkami, stolikiem, mikrofala i lodówka w kuchni.

Pros:

I loved the beds super comfy.
The location is great. It is right next to Akasaka station.
How the place is a bit run down. It could use some refurbishing. The style is odd. There was a window that we could not shut which is a problem when you have a/c on.

Cons:

As i said the place is old and needs fixing. In addition, there is no breakfast which is a shame even though there are lots of places around to have breakfast.
