Pretty good location, about 5 min walk to train station. Lots of restaurants around and convenience stores, staff super friendly and helpful
The bathroom lighting non existent, there was 3 ladies and we all had to take turns using the vanity mirror, which was not the best lighting either. In japan all the beds and pillows are hard, we did ask for a softer pillow and they had one. Really liked that they left fresh towels every morning in a bag outside the door and you can leave the used just outside the door and your garbage
La localisation, nombreuses lignes de métro pour accéder à tout Tokyo, quartier sympa. Chambre très adaptée à famille nombreuse.
Le bruit. La rue attenante est extrêmement bruyante, et le vitrage peu épais. Bruit continu jusqu’à 4h du matin.
We booked the corner family suite for a family of 4. This was a perfect set up for us with teenagers as they each had their own double bed after a long day sight seeing each day. Whilst we had a separate room for privacy.
The kitchen area was good, the fridge and freezer came in handy for Konbini breakfasts. Coffee machine and kettle was also used on a daily basis. The room also has a microwave.
Although the room didn’t have daily cleaning, we had fresh towels and a bin bag provided on a daily basis on waking.
The staff were always friendly and were able to book us a taxi for a 5am collection when asked the day before.
The hotel is in a good location with 3 stations nearby, although we only used 1 station. Family mart is just across the road as well as a few coffee shops very close, so not having breakfast provided wasn’t a big deal.
We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.
Only down side, there was an unpleasant smell, but the hotel had put diffusers around the hotel and provided room with fabric and air freshener as standard (inside the wardrobe).
Loved how large the room was for a hotel in Tokyo.
I also love the location of Akasaka. It's on a lively street as well.
Hotel wifi was not great also there was a smell of cigarettes in the hallways.
Well located with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and the station very close by. Family room was spacious albeit a little dated. The massage chair in the room however was a great feature.
The main highlight of this hotel are the staff, who are absolutely fantastic. Very helpful, polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you

The location is terrific, on an "esplanade" street in the sector of Tokyo that is not entirely high rises, with many great restaurants around. Also 7-11 and family mkts that sell prepackaged food that can be reheated in the microwave. The staff is very solicitous and helpful. The room we had - a corner deluxe was very large during our second stay, and almost as large --mid hallway-- during our first stay
The appliances in the rooms--refridge, air cleaner, air conditioner-- were pretty noisy, and since it was hot, and windows should not be opened--a huge bee was in the second room we had booked likely because someone opened a window. Beds are almost too large (two kings pushed together) intended for a family, although we were a couple. No dishes or utensils supplied, although plastic versions can be had at 7-11

Room was old, the extrabeds in the room were not really beds, not the same feeling in the room as on the pictures

Der Zigarettengeruch in den Gängen und an den Möbeln. Wir hatten ein Nicht-Raucher Zimmer und trotzdem rochen die Kissen nach Zigaretten.

Train station was very close. Location is ok.
First hand it looks like this may be a good hotel, but the more you look at the room the worse it gets. We had old uncomfortable sofas, bed side tables with broken pieces and electricity sockets that didn't work. We paid for a luxurious suit, but that was far from it. We also paid to have a balcony. But the balcony had these plants covering the area, so we couldn't really use it. Akasaka is a nice area, if you want to be fully gentrified.
Location was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Family room was big enough for 4. Although it is quite outdated, the hotel was very clean.
