Pretty decent!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! The girls at the front desk were always helpful and I always appreciated Puja greeting us!

Cons:

I think the hotel can use some updating. The room I stayed in had an old hotel smell and the bin that stores the hair dryer had lots of hair from the previous stay which was nasty. The washer/dryer didn’t work either. And the hallway’s carpet was worn out. Some upgrading would help a lot.

Very comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

I like that there was a good amount of room for each of us in the room and have our own space. The staff was very friendly towards us and explained everything in detail.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything bad, we liked the accommodations and all.

Beware, property in need of refresh
Pros:

Location was ok. Obviously very busy area, particularly in the evenings, but we were aware of that before booking.

Cons:

We were unhappy with the room (suite), so also looked at alternatives. The property is very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Beware of the pictures, they were clearly taken a very long time ago. Walls were dirty, wallpaper ripped/peeling, bannister broken. The a/c units were dirty and smelled bad, there are few excuses for not cleaning these regularly. The property needs a deep clean throughout, the corridors smell of stale cigarettes, I suspect this is in the carpets & soft furnishings. Also, having only one small lift for the property is inconvenient. Finally, no on-site restaurant isn't ideal for breakfast, but at least it meant we didn't linger at the hotel. Very poor value for money, even for Tokyo.

Was good for a few nights but would consider alternatives if staying longer.
Pros:

Great location - right in the midst of Akasaka. Short walk to either metro in the area.

Cons:

Property is older than some. The internal narrow circular stairs from the entry to the living area and bedrooms was not easy with suitcases. We didn’t use the kitchenette but not sure how practical this would be if you planned to eat in.

Front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

Great location, seemed to be more of in the business district but plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was huge which was perfect for the 5 of us with a large sitting area.

Cons:

Elevator was old and did not always work the best.
