Great location and large comfortable room.
Pros:

A big room for all of us. No need to get separate rooms. Washing machine and bath.

Best location in lively neighborhood with the friendliest staff and neat rooms.
Pros:

Staff was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. Although a small reception and small facilities, they made it feel like a luxurious and premium hotel. They where even so kind to referee a fuseball match between my daughter and son, who had so much fun.

Cons:

I have nothing to put on this hotel. Japan and Tokyo hotels are generally small and tight because of the buildings and close quarters of a massive city. So of course, it is not the most spacious and being five in a room can get tight, but we loved, loved, loved it.

Pros:

Everything was amazing from the staff, to the room. The beds were confortable, the room big and the laundry machine very useful.The room design was immaculate.

Very strong smoke smells. Seems to be catered for smokers due to the small balconies
Pros:

Location close to subways and the Hie Shrine. Room size was great

Cons:

Very strong smoke smells and smokey hallways. Air purifier needing to be on constantly in the room. Do not recommend for children. The street can be busy on the Friday and weekends however it still feels safe. Sofa beds not suitable for sleeping as they are too hard, we had to share the actual beds instead.

We enjoyed the hotel mostly because of the location and very friendly and helpful staf.
Pros:

The location is great , close to many attractions in Tokyo, easy to access and close to many restaurants.
The hotel staff was really helpful and kind.

Cons:

We missed space for our clothes and the room was quite small. But I guess for Japan the room was a fair size
