Quick Overnight Stay
Pros:

Good value for money. Pretty much has everything you need as we were just staying one night. The neighborhood has plentiful restaurants and bars to choose from. Suitable for family of 4 as well

Pros:

Great staff, location, and spacious room. Seriously great staff.

Cons:

Musty smell in hallways. Room was tired and worn. Shower had mildew stains.

Pros:

We had the king balcony room. It was a very large room with two king beds pushed together. There was a whole living room area in front of the beds. We loved sitting on the balcony and smelling all the restaurants in the area. It is a great location. The staff is very nice and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The room is a little dark for putting on makeup, so bring a travel makeup mirror.

Great place if you just need a friendly smile and somewhere to rest your head!
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal. Very helpful and kind! Good water pressure and large beds.

Cons:

The room was really dated and, although clean, had a dingy feel to it. Several outlets and a couple light switches didn’t work.

Got the king suite.The staff saved the visit overall was very clean and nice. Balcony was very tiny and difficult to get

Cons:

Carpet in family was a bit old but the rest of the room was very clean.
Should replace carpet the the more traditional Japanese style flooring

Very nice, we stayed there twice
Pros:

Very nice hotel, we liked everything. The bed that big and very comfortable. Beautiful view at night.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for 4 person with the luggages

Excellent location, the hotel is very quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had to use baggage transport services to our next hotel and the staff was more than happy to help us fill in the forms needed, they even reached out to our next hotel to see if they would allow this service.

The room had a washer, which was unexpected, but we appreciated a lot and used it to wash some of our clothes.

I will always recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pretty decent!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful! The girls at the front desk were always helpful and I always appreciated Puja greeting us!

Cons:

I think the hotel can use some updating. The room I stayed in had an old hotel smell and the bin that stores the hair dryer had lots of hair from the previous stay which was nasty. The washer/dryer didn’t work either. And the hallway’s carpet was worn out. Some upgrading would help a lot.
