Second to None! We needed a base in Downtown Bellevue for our family to stay for a couple of nights and this place was perfect! We booked the place and mentioned a medical appointment one of us needed to attend nearby and they called to ask if we had any special needs before we checked in but I missed it. When we checked in, they graciously welcomed us and asked a few questions about the person and what they liked (hobbies, food, etc.) - and the next day we got a knock and there standing in front of me were two hotel staff at our door bearing hot cookies, chocolates, and milk for our kids with handmade Minecraft paper blocks and a "Best Wishes" card with an amazingly well-drawn sketch of Minecraft characters on the inside! To boot we were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing view of Lake Washington! All in all, this was a stay we won't soon forget! Thank you Eileen, Taiki, Keaton, and Dru!!
The location was convenient and the room was clean.
I couldn’t order in room service from the civility and unrest menu
the view was spectacular once i switched rooms and got a view of the lake, mountains and seattle, The other side is very underwhelming and i would have been very disappointed had I not been able to switch rooms. Room service and engineering staff were top notch. Big shout out to Lieng in engineering! and thanks to Bea or B who helped me switched rooms. also It's ridiculous to pay $450 a night for a room and be charged for internet.
the storage needs to be overhauled as there are two closets with no shelves or a bar for hanging clothes. so it's basically useless except for luggage storage.

Our experience at W Seattle recently was extremely disappointing to say the least.
During breakfast, a waitress made an error with our order. Instead of correcting it, she reported to her manager that we had used foul and abusive language—an allegation that is completely false. The situation escalated when the restaurant manager came directly to our table and confronted us with this accusation without making any effort to verify the facts. Being approached and accused while other guests were watching, was both shocking and deeply humiliating.
We felt compelled to leave our meal unfinished and check out of the hotel. The experience was distressing enough that I later became physically ill.
What is most concerning is the complete lack of accountability afterward. We requested a call from the GM, weeks have now passed despite our efforts to follow up, yet we have received none.
This was not simply a service mistake—it involved a false accusation, and the situation was handled unprofessionally at a management level, followed by a total failure to follow up. For a globally recognized brand, this reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and care for their loyal customers. Until this is properly addressed, we cannot recommend staying here.

Very fun and excellent facilities
Lovely hotel and great service. The rooms are beautifully designed and very clean. The breakfast was awesome in their restaurant. We had a welcome beverage on the patio of the main level bar which is a gorgeous space with a fireplace. The gym is massive and very modern. It’s located in a mall complex and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again when visiting the Seattle area.
This has become our go-to hotel every NYE to rein in the new year. The front desk team has always made us feel valued. They are always very friendly, helpful, and professional. They recognize my Platinum membership and provide a great room upgrade automatically without question. Free breakfast vouchers at the Lakehouse restaurant beside the W are also offerred. Silvia even remembered me from last year! When the lounge was closed until 4pm and I needed a beer during the afternoon, Jeremiah went behind the bar served me a cold one. Every time we came down to go somewhere in Bellevue, everyone always greeted us with smiles. Even the housecleaning folks you see in the hallways seemed happy.
This extra touch of service definitely doesn't go unnoticed, and we will continue to stay at this special W whenever it's that special time of year.
